Well we are about to leave this Applebee's and let me say the service could be better. Our waitress seemed like she cared but not really. An our two burgers were wrong an the toppings were soggy and looked like they were left out for a long period of time and are just having the best of luck with restaurants since we moved from Nashville. We spent $62.00 for bad service and food.

I visit Applebees frequently, and I’ve never had better service—-than what our waitress Courtney has exemplified. You don’t meet people, especially in this generation, who take pride in actually doing their job AND who go above and beyond. Courtney doesn’t just have good customer service skills—- she has LEGENDARY customer service skills. I was taught to never bring my personal life/things I am dealing with to work with me. Courtney, makes me think she never has a bad day, because no matter the time I come(usually evenings) she’s always there working her butt off with a GENUINE smile on her face. Thank you so much Courtney, for making a piece of my life—— better.

I was there with family to have dinner, an almost empty place. We were waiting there for over 20 minutes for no reason when all employees were not busy no one even asked if want a drink. Horrible service. Now you know why customers do not ever go back to yours restaurants. Do not go to this horrible places.

The food was decent. The drinks weren’t that great they were way to sweet, but the server made me not regret spending my money. Leah made sure that my whole experience wasn’t ruined. She was sweet she was godly, an prompt.Kid-friendliness: It didn’t seem like they are equipped to be a kid friendly because one of the chairs is broken and the other one they had a problem with so it seem like they need more chairs for kids. Need high chairs .

My wife and I had a wonderful meal tonight! When we go out to eat our satisfaction is usually gauged by the friendliness of the staff, the speed at which our food arrives after we order, and the interaction our server demonstrates to ensure “everything is ok.” Leah, our server was phenomenal! She was friendly, managed her several tables with a smile, knew the menu well (even provided my wife several recommendations) and frequently ensured our glasses were filled. The food was awesome. We were particularly impressed with the engagement with her customers. The meal was exactly what we ordered. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Leah! Thank you Applebees! We will be back.
Food was awful. I got Nachos and it was cold. The meat looked like it had been under a warmer all day. I couldn't eat anything but a few of the tortilla chips. It was too late to take it back. Totally disappointed in Clarksvillle Applebee's and won't ever go back. Also the cashier acted like we were ruining her nite coming in a little before closing even though we did order online. My fiances steak was like whitleather but asked for medium rare...? what a waste of time and mostly money
