Ordered my food on mobile app, said food would be ready at 552 get there wait, wait, wait finally get to window and tell me have to pull up and wait more. Got my food at 612 and the manager that brought my food to my car called me something when he went back in. Terrible service š

Used the drive thur and got a corn beef Ruben. Saw an advertisement for steak bits and thiught might as well give this a try. Best Ruben I have ever gotten from Arby's. The steak bits were over cooked, dry and the worst peice of meat I have ever put in my mouth. A fork to eat them with would have been nice too. Should have stayed with just the Ruben. Instead of wasting $10.00 on horrible dog food if a dog was dumb enough to eat it

Went through the drive thru about 7 ish tonight. After placing my order, I asked the young man may I have arby and horsey sauce in my bag. no problem he said. service was EXTREMELY SLOW.
I pulled out of the drive thru and into a parking spot to check my bag bc the man/woman(?) who brought my bag out to me seemed irked I didn't move quick enough. lo and behold, no sauces.
I went back to the ordering spot and it's going to be at least 40 mins, i said I don't need to order food, there was no sauce in my bag, he then replied well then its well be 20 mins. I pulled around to the window where I got my food the first time. There was a very skinny young man who looked right at me and walked away from the window, the man/woman who brought my food came to the window and says, yeah, what chu need?
I said, may I have arby and horsey sauce, yeah I'll get chu some.
He/she walked over to the counter, grabbed a HUGE handful and proceeded to just drop them into my hand without giving me time to put my other hand up to catch them all.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO DISRESPECTFULLY.
I CHOSE to spend my hard earned money in your establishment, but I promise, as they say word of mouth is best advertising, but in this case, worst, I WILL spread the word.
Maybe the owners should vet their prospective employees a little better.

Horrible customer service! When my husband had to go pick up his sandwich that was missing after we called and lady hung up on me, he went to pick his sandwich up and I called corporate. I just wanted what we paid for. Guess the Manager Ms. Dawn Wheztle doesnāt care who she leaves in charge surely it wasnāt her I spoke to and when I called back no answer, called from another phone heard my voice hung up on me again. Wow to much drama for me, my husband got there to pick his sandwich up he actually heard them talking about it ā I told them they can come their sandwich upā he said I am here to get my sandwich they disbursed the one with backpack tucked head and left. It wasnāt the delivery everything had seals on it. Incompetent employees with no business being in customer service. No matter I called corporate.

Daniel gave excellent customer service from the time we walked in to the time we left. He went above and beyond with the ducks because we were asking questions even brought our food to our table. And had a smile on his face the whole time.

Great food great hard working and courtious staff. Our food was just a little late and we got free shakes. The really know how to treat people. There manager seems like a great guy. Front counter order taker was super nice and thanked us honestly. Great job guys

Most worthless late drive through person ever. Rolled through at 945 ordered 2 classic roast beef 2 fries and two diet cokes. Person told me that an awful lot of food. Didn't ask if I wanted curly fries or ? Didn't even get the right drink. Piece of advice dont like your job quit. I can only imagine what the morale in there is like. Worst ever period ever Arbys I have ever dealt with

I went to Arbyās on Riverside Drive today on my way to Dickson, Tennessee. I ordered an Angus cheesesteak at the drive-through. I then opened the bag on the road on my way out. Just to find maybe 2 teaspoons of What appears to be Angus cheesesteak. Thatās not at all what the picture looks like. The amount of Angus cheesesteak on the sandwich does not even cover the bread that itās on. I tried to call the location multiple times and no one answered. This is unacceptable. I will post a picture of what the Angus cheesesteak is supposed to look like versus what I received. What I got looked nothing like the picture. When I Returned hours later, there was no offer of refund only to remake my sandwich that they had said would ultimately look the exact same as the one I have. Unacceptable.

We came here this morning very excited I order on the app because we were hungry and out and about we pull in the drive thru immediately said not open rudely and rungs up the headset so we pull to the window and she said not open we waiting and finally told her that we had a online order I place my food at 10:45 we got here at 10:50 she handle my food my drink was filled have way up and all our food was cold and wrong. Iāve never came this early but I love Arbyās but this make me not what to come back she also was hanging up on other when she was handing us food just saying not open Iām very disappointed and I wasted my money

I ordered a double beef n cheddar meal and kids tender meal. The chicken was old, fries were undercooked and had old curly fry bits mixed in with it. I received a classic beef n cheddar instead of the double. The Mac n cheese wasnāt even fully mixed together, just plain macaroni sitting on top of the cheese sauce. The food is too expensive for it to be prepared this way. I will not be ordering from this location again.

July 7, around 4:30 pm. Service horrible, if I could rate 0 I would. We wound up walking out and going to Panda Express next door. Never got waited on and whole time woman in back complaining on drive through.

Bought the French Dip, what I received was a couple of slices of roast beef on what looked like a hot dog bun. Curly fries that were the bottom of the bag mixed with crinkle cut pieces. Never again not for 11.92

Iāve been coming to this location for over 3 years . Today will be the last time I will ever spend another penny. I went to get lunch for my kids because my daughter had asked for arbys repeatedly. When I did my order the employee didnāt ask for the drink and so I said she had forgot my drink( apparently making sure I get the items Iām paying for is being rude but whatever) after I got done paying she had me park and as she was shutting the window decided to pop off saying rude . I went inside and asked to speak to a manager . Of course was told the woman who decided to get smart with me was a manager . They all agreed I was rude when I definitely was not. Proceeded to tell me I needed to stop . At that point I was livid and cussed them out after they proceeded to call me a druggie. Iām not the one working at a fast food restaurant in my 50āsā¦. . Of course I didnāt get a receipt which they never give anytime Iāve gone and I paid cash for my food like I always have. The fact that a manager can act that way over me asking for my drink is dumbfounding.
