Came to pick up an Uber order and they didn't even have roast beef ready. Said it was cooking. It's been 20 minutes and still waiting. It's completely dead here so it's not like they were overwhelmed and busy to where they couldn't have food prepared. Unacceptable.

As always, Arby's never ceases to fail overall. The curly fries are always the best thing on the menu. In general, The pricing is relatively fair given all of the rest of the fast foods in the market And alexand no I've only had one instance of cold fries. So, would definitely come back here again.

Customer service was great! They got my food to me in a timely manner and fresh,and I had to pull forward...the only thing is the seasoning(there was no seasoning), it was so plain, it looked better than it tasted. But I would be back,I'm just going to order something else next time lol

Went in to order food that was clearly being advertised 2for 6 the attendant want to argue about the price . When I said something about them changing the signage he was smart about it and said that's the way they want it

Daytime manager cutting ugly looks through me whole time I was here. Unsure why, I came in pleasant to everyone. It’s a shame, Arby’s is my favorite and I’ve never had anything but pleasant experience at any Arby’s. Send her to mcDonalds.
