Well Drive through order was not right. Simple fries with combo. Well They will argue with you. They will say it’s not their fault. Well they did not make it right. Expect the worse from this place

Not bad, considering it’s a chain the food is above average. Service was fair. No issues just took a bit longer than it should have based on other chains of a similar scope and service. Better food than say a McDonald’s or Wendy’s. It’s not a five star restaurant but it servers it purpose well enough.

This restaurant is ridiculous. This is the third time I have ordered food from them and they have given the order to a random person. Do they not check to see if the person picking it up is the actual name on the order? Do they not check to see if the person they gave it to is an actual dasher picking up for the name on the bag???? Three times is too many! Maybe a little training is needed.

I was the only one in line. Nobody inside. Completely dead. Didn’t think to check my back because I didn’t expect them forgetting anything. I bought a 2 for 7$ ham and Swiss. They gave me one. They shouldn’t be missing things like that when they aren’t busy.

Came to pick up an Uber order and they didn't even have roast beef ready. Said it was cooking. It's been 20 minutes and still waiting. It's completely dead here so it's not like they were overwhelmed and busy to where they couldn't have food prepared. Unacceptable.

As always, Arby's never ceases to fail overall. The curly fries are always the best thing on the menu. In general, The pricing is relatively fair given all of the rest of the fast foods in the market And alexand no I've only had one instance of cold fries. So, would definitely come back here again.
