Went to Arby’s 45mins from home ordered 2 double roast beef and cheddars and there was no cheese I asked for Arby’s sauce nothing. Caused a fight when I got home because people who want $20 hr can’t figure out how to make sandwiches and putting sauce in a bag…. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I placed an online order through the app and went into the store at 1:02 because my order was supposed to be ready at 1:04. I was not acknowledged at all and at 1:09 an employee still did not acknowledge me and finally pulled the receipt for my order. At 1:17 my order was shown as marked ready on the app and was still not ready. The store lied that my order was ready and I still did not receive my order until 1:20. I wanted to cancel my order because I am beyond frustrated that I have not been acknowledged at this point and my order was clearly falsely marked ready. Since I had yet to be acknowledged I went through the drive through were I was not Apologized to and nothing was done for making me wait and being ignored. The store employee proceeded to lie to me and tell me that the order had been ready. If that was true then why was I not informed sooner and given my food since I was inside waiting in a lobby with only 1 other person. I am very highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the rude customer service at this location.

Generally I like this location other than the fact we have to pull up and wait forever every single time we go to the drive thru, but the food is always fresh which is good. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. But this is just simply false advertising.

Don’t go here. Every time I’ve went it’s been either no cars or very few. No matter what you order they tell you to pull up ahead and wait for them to come out, defeating the whole purpose of drive through.
They forget your sauce and they always act annoyed that you or anyone else is there.
If you want subpar food, super slow, we are talking 10+ mins here and crappy attitudes, go here.
If people don’t like their jobs they need to quit.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant in my life. After I left I called back and talked to another manager who apparently is the head manager and told her that I will never in my life go back to that restaurant again and she defended the manager that had been More than rude. I just don't get it what happened to the day when the customer was always right.? Maybe that's why it's 12:00 right now and they have nobody in the dining room and one vehicle in the drive-thru as I'm writing this.
I have added pictures of the "smoked brisket sandwich" i received and the one advertised. How these look anywhere near the same? The one advertised doesn't come close the represent the one actually received. It's about half, if that, of the advertised sandwich. I'm completely disappointed in this location.
