Don’t go here. Every time I’ve went it’s been either no cars or very few. No matter what you order they tell you to pull up ahead and wait for them to come out, defeating the whole purpose of drive through.
They forget your sauce and they always act annoyed that you or anyone else is there.
If you want subpar food, super slow, we are talking 10+ mins here and crappy attitudes, go here.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant in my life. After I left I called back and talked to another manager who apparently is the head manager and told her that I will never in my life go back to that restaurant again and she defended the manager that had been More than rude. I just don't get it what happened to the day when the customer was always right.? Maybe that's why it's 12:00 right now and they have nobody in the dining room and one vehicle in the drive-thru as I'm writing this.

I have added pictures of the "smoked brisket sandwich" i received and the one advertised. How these look anywhere near the same? The one advertised doesn't come close the represent the one actually received. It's about half, if that, of the advertised sandwich. I'm completely disappointed in this location.

Wow, stop by Arby's for a quick bite to eat, ordered, paid and was told to pull up past the red gate to our back tire. Watched three cars leave with their order. All we ordered was a 2 for 6, a cup of water and some Arby's sauce, we got a dry roast beef sandwich, no sauce and no water, smh and it's my birthday. Oh yeah and not one napkin.

UPDATE: **returned on 8/11/24, they had "the beef"! ordered BnC, family deals, with fries n nuggets, n classic chicken combo. The service was quick n correct order given to us. food was hot, fresh n good. 5 stars given for food ** made specific trip here with grandkids to buy supper... they were out of roast beef! we went to kfc instead, now leary to drive there again for a meal .
Trash food. Cheddar melt with no cheddar. Ice cream machine never works. 30 minutes in the drive thru for a regular roast beef sandwich. Should be demolished and replaced with a Dollar Tree.

Drive up windows slower than hell.
I love Arby's one of my favorite fast food places. The food was hot and delicious and the place was clean. I rang the bell on the way out!
