Food was good... guy staff was rushing me to get transaction paid for so he could go back to talking.. recieved food 10 mins after I paid - only recieved a double Arby's sandwich 😔 customer service rate was a 3 out of 10 for this place

I went through the Drive-thru tonight! Service is always amazing!!! Tonight though, there were 2 guys that made it better! You can tell they have a good time at work! They asked if they could sing through the intercom, I said yes and they sang twinkle twinkle little star! They also were so sweet and gave my sleepy pup who had been at work with me all day a cup of whipped cream (pup cup) and a cup of roast beef!! They are so sweet!! Currently my pup is devouring them!!
Loved the customer service by Matthew. He was very polite and very well spoken. I had trouble ordering because I’ve only been to an Arby’s once in my life and he recommended me some items. He made the food quick and easy while other team members were busy I’ll definitely be back to this Arby’s.

10-8-24 12:09 pm Would have been 5 star but their was no paper towels in MENS bath room. They were ready at the counter, but it looks like this was NOT the important objective at that time. Only been open 2.5 hrs? If it’s getting low swap it out and leave the other to be used at customers leisure. From my experience working restaurants bathrooms need hourly checks with sign off sheet.

Came on my lunch break. Had to repeat my order for a simple number one three separate times at front counter. Waiting for my food , dude is on front counter eating away and hands me my food without washing his hands first. Fries were cold , sandwich was barley warm. No napkins, ketchup or even a thank you. I won’t be back.
Friendly staff and good food. Close to exit 1 on I24 so you can jump off and jump back on with minimal disruption to your trips.

Burger King line beside Arby's was slow moving. With that said I came to Arby's to get my son chicken nuggets. I was told to wait as they would be made fresh.... perfectly fine... but if these are Being made fresh why give old fries to go with it?
