Burger King line beside Arby's was slow moving. With that said I came to Arby's to get my son chicken nuggets. I was told to wait as they would be made fresh.... perfectly fine... but if these are Being made fresh why give old fries to go with it?

It's ok. The mood of the whole place was just like Squidward. The food was still good. No one was rude. They just acted like work was a prison sentence .
Did not give us one of our crinkle fries, and my curly fries were not fresh. Would nor give us senior discount. Depends on who waits on you, and did not give us a receipt.

I wish I knew the girls name that works the drive thru of a night at closing.. she has reddish colored hair, Caucasian, maybe early 20s. She is AN ANGEL!! She is so very polite, quick and efficient. She ALWAAAYS makes sure our chicken is cooked fresh no matter that we come so close to closing time. We LOVEEE this arbys. And our drive thru friend ?

Walked in Tuesday night and was greeted by the gentleman taking out trash. Order was taken but the cook didn't seem happy bc he had to make an order at 920 pm. The food did come out quick not the greatest quality but it had to do because just wanted to go home after a long day of work. What made the night and experience was the white Gentleman with the beard bc he was very polite and pleasant to speak to. Keep him.
