The fort campbell location is drive through only you can't even go in.And order at the counter. I consider it very inconvenient due to the fact, if you need an additional food you would have to drive around again

Came here for dinner! Everything was fresh!!!! The mozzarella sticks were yummy 5/5 Curly fries 5/5 Burger 3/5 Service 10/5 Richard was very patient and polite. He didn’t rush to order or have an attitude. Thank you very much! He’s well spoken and has great manners! I wish everyone had Richard’s work ethics. :) Oh and that strawberry lemonade! 10/5!! My only complaint is the small (reg) cups. 2 sips and it’s gone! Lol.

If I could have given no stars , I would have. Went in to order and worker stated they only do online and drive thru. This is not what is stated online and I have ordered inside prior. Will not be going to this Arby's anymore.
