Went through drive through, had us pull up to cone to wait for food. Brought food out. Checked the bag no sauce. Pull up to door to go get some where the door clearly states dining room open until 10pm and it was not even 8:30. Knocked and got a rude woman who just had a customer In There signal to go through drive through where there was a line to get sauce for my food that was getting cold! Called got a manager and said we didn’t get sauce who said we’re only drive through right now. We told him we just need sauce and he said the longer I’m on the phone with you the longer it’ll take you to get through the line and then hung up! I’ll be honest, we were rude back at that point! I try to cut people in the service industry a break but to be treated so rudely is not acceptable!

I submitted as you requested because it is frustrating having to deal with a manager with that kind of attitude. Both of my older children work in fast food and I can understand wait times and other issues but we waited our turn like others and we’re not treated as a customer should be.

I walked in to pick up my online order, no one was at the counter. My order was sitting on the counter, anyone who walked in could have taken it. I had to yell to get someone's attention to get the missing sauces. When I got home(5 minutes away) my food was cold.

It was busy so my issue isn't about waiting on my order to come up or anything like that. The issue was when I came in to pickup the order they forgot the drink. That's okay, the girl went to get it...but then she was GONE gone. I saw her in spurts but I couldn't get her attention for over 10 minutes, and i was at the counter! The entire time I was waiting to catch someone I could hear the shift manager YELLING at her staff. I get being short staffed and having a lot to do- but don't yell and berate the employees who ACTUALLY SHOWED UP FOR YOU AND WORKED. When the girl came back i reminded her of my missing drink, however, I didnt get to say more than "Its still mi-" before she brushed me off with a generic "we're sorry about the wait" and walking off. She came back and i reminded her again and I FINALLY got my drink. It was a poop show. I'm not returning to that location.

Not only is the food worse here compared to any other Arby’s, but if you’re thinking of working here or even going inside as a young lady… be careful! There is an old man in there named Micheal who disrespectfully talks and stares at young ladies (minors) that work in there. It has made someone so uncomfortable that they had to quit their job.. how unfortunate. Cooperate and managers did nothing and this man continues to make his young coworkers feel uncomfortable. This is a nasty place and I will make sure they get bad business.

I was The only customer in the drive-through and I ordered a five piece jalapeño bite and some drinks. They took my jalapeño bites that had been sitting like all day and put them back in the fryer and gave them to me and it tastes so bad I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. I was in the drive-through! How hard is it to make some fresh food especially a new store. I hope This store goes out of business just as quick as Krystals did. Judging by the already bad reviews on this new stores looks like it’s not too far off from happening. Customer service was nonexistent. They didn’t even talk to me during the drive-through exchange very awkward.
