Such a cute spot!We drove all the way from another city to come check this out and it was great! They have games outside, board games, cards and such for patrons and the staff were so nice! My daughter had a hard time deciding what to get and they offered that if she didn’t like it they would make her something else ? Above and beyond with customer service! The syrups were a little on the sweet side for us, but overall it was a great experience.They also have drive through which is nice!

Absolutely wild to have to wait nearly 60 minutes to go through a drive thru. There were 5 cars in front of us and we were still stuck there for what felt like an eternity. The shave ice was good, but the wait was absolutely atrocious. I’ve never been to a bahama bucks so slow.

Subpar customer service (drive thru). Was rushed, then ignored when we were actually ready to order. Passed our items through window with the worst attitude, with a dry “have a nice day” & turned away. Oreo Ice flavor was yuck & kokomokko was worse. All went straight into the trash. Now we remember why we prefer Italian ice shops. Great customer service and good ice!
