If you’re wanting ice cream after dinner don’t bother going to this location. They close before 9pm even when it says clearly they are open til 9pm.

Most of the workers look at you and act like they don’t see you and have a rude look on they face need to get rid of them they don’t know how to have good customer service and on top of that the cake I got was stale and hard tasted freezer burnt couldn’t even enjoy it

This review is specifically for tonight's working crew. We showed up 30 minutes before closing & asked for just a banana split. The worker giggled & stated they didn't have bananas even though I saw the bananas hanging near the ice cream as we pulled in. I could understand if we showed up a couple of minutes prior to closing, but it was 30 minutes.

I love coming to this spot now that I’ve moved here although it hasn’t been long! I was having a terrible day leading into an even worse night and rushed to get some coffee to help me through I barely made it a couple minutes before closing and the lovely lady helped me she leaped around making accommodations for me even though I came so late and was so kind hearted she did something kind for me that I appreciate so much! I did not catch her name but she was working the closing shift today! Sending her so much love!?

Awful. Don’t have what’s on the menu at this location (love potion). None of the flavors are labeled. The music was so loud, you could not communicate with the staff which were intentionally speaking quietly. The spoon bin had a used one in it. The sun coming in the front window at 4pm, made it impossible to read anything due to the glare. No surprise that no one comes here and I won’t make that mistake again.

Went in at 840 to get a Oreo cappuccino drink an was told they don’t open till 10 but online it even said it was open I get that it’s two stores in one but you mean to tell me they don’t know how to make the drinks think they need new employees or fix the times

We took our girls for ice cream tonight as a treat. We got them creature creations, which were $1 more than the posted menu price, but that is not the point of my review. Our 6y/o and 2y/o were innocently eating their ice cream when some young employee leans over the case at 8:34pm and says, “um excuse me, but we’re trying to close.” I said oh I’m sorry, I thought you were open until 9. She said, “yes, we are but we’re trying to close, so we need to close our lobby.” And we were basically forced out with our children with their half eaten ice cream. I’m sorry but if you close at 9, then you close at 9. The ice cream was delicious but the customer service was absolutely ridiculous.
All the ice cream was sitting on the counters melting when we came in. They didn’t have any toppings. No bananas for banana splits. Everything we asked for they didn’t have. Finally we settled in just plain ice cream. Which was already melted from sitting on the counter. Workers were pretty rude when taking the orders. We were with someone in a wheelchair and a blind person. They completely ignored my mother in law in the wheelchair until we told them they wanted ice cream too. It’s almost like they didn’t want to talk to her. They don’t have any restrooms open to the public which was a pretty big problem for my mother in law who is paraplegic and her blind husband who they told to walk to the gas station across the street.. really? We won’t be coming back to this establishment.

It was kind of disappointing. They were out of a few items for sundaes and banana splits. Then my blind husband needed to use the restroom to wash his hands. We were told no public restroom. They said you can go next door to the gas station...huh? Sure....my blind husband can do that! My grandson did enjoy his ice cream but we will never patronize this business again.

Terrible customer service. We walk in and all the girl work go to the back to start talking. Once they had time to break from there conversation they where rude when someone ask them any type of question. We also end up changing our order several times due to them being out of stock and they didn't know what they had in stock. Won't be stopping there again
