We have attempted to order 3 separate times spread across a couple of months. All three times we have left without an order. We went 2 hours before closing, listed off 4 different flavors and were told they were sold out of all of them. Okay. Can you tell us what flavors you do have? They would not respond. Another time we tried to order milkshakes, out of milk. Okay can we get a banana split, out of bananas. Can we get a scoop of strawberry. Out of strawberry. Either someone is really failing the staff when it comes to stocking or management needs to see why this is going on. It is losing business.

It is sad when they are always out of flavors. When I order my ice cream or when im dashing they are always out of flavor. Its gotten ridiculous. Just wish it was a brusters here. They ice cream are good.

I went to this location a few days ago and had an amazing experience! It was really clean inside and atmosphere was so positive this definitely makes me want to come back. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and so kind, its hard to find a friendly environment like this!

Drinks on the baskin side are always watered down barely getting the coffee flavor and when it needs to be corrected they want you to pay for their mistake clearly mostly milk the sign shows how dark the drink is supposed to be not even close

I walked into this location with my son excited to grab some ice cream today. However, the experience quickly changed when I almost slipped and almost fell when I stepped into Luke warm ice cream that appeared to have been on the ground for some time. I expressed what happened and to my surprise heard chuckles but no apology. Then I had to ask for some napkins to clean my foot. There were also some responses about being too busy with drive thru in order to clean up the mess. Mind you there were at least 6 employees present. I then lamented on the fact that there was no sense of urgency to clean the mess or at least post a wet floor sign. I even had to warn another customer about the mess as she was approaching it without noticing. I was even asked whether or not I wanted my product made or the floor cleaned. Absolutely disrespectful staff present here!

Absolutely no flavors in the quarts to buy! Mint chocolate chip and just plain chocolate! Ear buds in ear, sitting at table when walked in chatting with the girls! It was a waste of my time to stop at this location!

Had no whip cream acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Ask for receipts twice than can back and said the receipt printer was broken. I will never go back to this one

Hey Baskin-Robbins, when people order a Banana Royale, they generally expect to have bananas in their dessert. We ordered 2. Neither one of them had bananas. Please tell me, what does your version look like? By the way, we PAID FOR Bananas Royale. Please pay attention.

Well.. got to order online in the app and customize my ice cream ahead and pick up, only thing was… NO DANG ICE CREAM FLAVORS I PICKED. Don’t know if these two locations I picked was a good idea being that I wasn’t that satisfied w/ my orders.. first time coming back to try things, and it’s a shame it was disappointing to be the least. Maybe, I’ll try back later and do things differently when I order what I want and get it correctly.
