Great service !! Eliza did a wonderful job, will definitely come again !!
It's always something. Unattentive staff, never have the flavor I want. Tonight we were charged for 2 milkshakes and then having to refund one because their milkshake machine just 'randomly' shut off. Based on the previous review, it's clear they were just trying to close up early.
IT SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 10PM, AT 9:15PM, THEY HAD THE DOORS LOCKED AND MOPPING THE FLOORS WITH CHAIRS STACKED. THEY ALSO HAD 4 CARS OF CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING US) COMING UP TO GO IN. NOT COOL.
3 employees were standing waiting, not one acknowledged us. The drive through person with acne just walked slowly over and stood there. The person who eventually took the order was lost in a fit of laughter with the senior person per his admission Mashon/Nashon whi continued to laugh! THE WHOLE CREW WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

This location is frequently closed early due to staff shortage, runs out of staple ice cream flavors (Cookies&Cream, Pralines&Cream), and in my opinion the waffle cones taste stale as if made days in advance.

I do not understand how you can walk into a place of business and just be ignored. "Hello, be with you in a moment" or "Welcome, be right with you." If the young gentleman had not been in there I question if we would have even been served. He was at the window when we first walked in. The two women working behind the counter looked at us and went back to fixing drinks and having their own conversation without a word. Awkward. Thank you to the young man (Aiden) that asked if we had been helped and took care of us. If you are going to work with the public, be kind and attentive. The non dairy ice cream was great though... Lemon sorbet and Daiquiri Ice.

My wife and I walked in and the two people up front kept talking amongst themselves and wouldn't greet us. We were about to walk out, the a young man working the drive through ask if any had taken care of us. The two ladies still didn't say anything. Aden made our ice cream and I gave only him a tip. We still may never come back .

Not a good experience. I paid $18 for 2 three scoop sundaes that were not worth the payment at all! They literally looked like a 2 year old made them. As big as the three scoop sundae bowl is the ice cream barely filled half of the bowl. I feel like I purchased a bowl with a side of ice cream. I received no greeting when I walked in and the employees looked extremely annoyed while servicing customers. They were out of multiple toppings and the customer service was terrible. I should've requested my money back, but honestly I didn't feel like going back into that negative environment, which was clearly ran by children. Baskin Robbins do better and hire better individuals to represent your business.
Why would you not have your ice creams labeled? Customer service lacking also.

Now you have to ask them if they have a flavor you want! No labels! What the what . Who comes up with these ideas?
Why would you all remove the names of the ice cream? How are we supposed to choose? What if I have allergies? Not a smart move.
