Very good fried chicken. Every order is fresh fried so you know it will be crunchy and tasty. I think the way to order for two people is to get 3 small boneless so you can try different sauces. I recommend the boneless over the half chicken because it’s easier to eat, plus I think it may be a better value for the amount of meat you get. Also, it does take longer than other chicken places because they make everything to order. It’s a good compromise but beware

The Galbi bone in was excellent and the fried dumpling. But my problem is what happened afterwards! My whole family that ate that food down to my little toddler had diarrhea! Diarrhea people! So disgusting! That tells me that they're not handling the food in a hygienic way. Such a disappointment, I definitely won't be ordering from here again!

The food was excellent, but after paying 15 bucks for my wings and fries i was appalled when the gentleman told me i had to pay extra for a ranch sauce, never have I seen or heard of this at a chicken spot.

Shane was amazing! She helped us and gave us a good description of what we were ordering. The wings were so crunchy and it was served hot. The Kimchi fried rice was outstanding as well. The cheesling was a good blend of savory and sweet, the coating was sweet. All in all this experience was perfect! They will be seeing both my wife and I again in the near future. Will be recommending this place to others!

We came in recently and got the opportunity to have Nadia and MarShay working, they were absolutely great and knew everything about the menu and were so nice! They deserve 5 stars themselves! The worst experience I have ever had from a restaurant! We ordered online boneless chicken and some fries. When we got home after picking up our food, we found out there was bone in the chicken. Trying to understand how busy they were as well as two tired kids, we called them 12 times to no answer.My husband drove back nicely requested to just get what we payed for which was the boneless chicken. Not only did he receive the worst customer service from the passive aggressive lady working at 830 pm. They refused to fix the mistake stating the chicken is very expensive and they would lose money. He then asked what can he do to get the boneless chicken he ordered. She had the audacity to tell him to buy more because she is not replacing it.He left without any assistance from them, no refund, and we didn't even get our food. So $60 down the drain for something we were not even able to enjoy. Very disappointed in this restaurant when they won't fix your order nor refund you!!!
