Berry Bear Frozen Yogurt

Kids were happy but overall it was ok. Very limited on the yogurt flavors. Toppings were abundant and well kept, clean and tidy. Store was very kid friendly.

The ice cream/frozen yogurt is good, but it smells like a septic tank blew up. The smell in this business is so bad.

Floor is sticky, smells like sewage. Ice cream 1.4.

Berry Bear! You have got to step it up! We used to love coming here, but the past few times have not been great. Many of your advertised flavors are not available due to the machines not working…and the spouts that the yogurt comes out of does not look the cleanest. There used to be at least one SF flavor available…hasn’t been in a while. On top of this, the $ has gotten ridiculous. I really don’t want to see your business go under, as the staff is always very sweet, and the number of topping options is the best around. Please take some stock in your recent reviews and make Berry Bear great again!

Server was super sweet, but omg the smell. I wanted to walk right back out, but the young girl working was so kind. We definitely won’t be back. We took ours to go.

Workers were kind but the place is super dirty. The floor was so sticky and super dirty. This places needs to be clean.

Most of the machines were not working. The machines that work, had mold mixed into the mix. There was mold on the outside of the machine. The worker didn't know why they were out of so many flavors. He was in his phone and didn't know much of anything.

They always close before 8:00. Been about 5 different times at 7:45ish and they are already closed and cleaning up inside. (Yes I’m aware I could go sooner, but I live in Hopkinsville and we come to eat supper on Sat. And we always try to catch some Berry Bear before heading back to Hopkinsville.)

My family and I walked and the smell was horrible like a nasty bathroom that hasn’t been cleaned in months. They didn’t have many options for frozen yogurt. The yogurt we did get was awful. We had to sit outdoors due to the nasty smell. Also was over priced for how awful the dessert was. The employee was very dry and not welcoming at all. We used to come to this place a lot my family and I used to enjoy it. We definitely will not be back.

Want to give it 5 because we used to love this place but now it’s horrendously stinky in there. Flies everywhere. Black bacteria stuff where the yogurt drips into. Dirty tongs that pick up the toppings, crumbs and toppings everywhere. Unfortunately, I don’t believe we’ll be back.

The inside reeked of sewage and I felt rude just walking out so we still got frozen yogurt and took it outside. it tasted awful. We ate two bites and threw it away discreetly. I didn’t want the employee to feel bad.

Not the same as I remember it. There is an awful smell inside the place. Gnats where flying around as well. Not sure if I will ever be back. Had to sit outside in the hot sun because the smell was just too bad. Also not self serve anymore just fyi.

This place has really gone down hill. Crappy flavors cuz all the good flavors are put in the machines that don’t work. Use to go here all the time last year (2023). Was way better than it is now (2024).
