Berry Bear Frozen Yogurt

The yogurt was really good. They had a reasonable amount of flavors and toppings to choose from. But the service was lacking. The young girl behind the counter looked like I was really bothering her when we walked in. There wasn't anyone else in there besides us, so I'm not sure why she was so upset. She didn't say welcome or hi or explain anything. I had to initiate the conversation and ask her how it worked (not that it's really hard to figure out). But I did ask to find out if it was by weight or by topping. I can't give this establishment more than a three stars for that reason. I blame the manager for this because it's the manager's job to teach the workers how to treat customers, especially if they don't have a natural ability to treat customers well.

We went in July and the options were minimal: Banana Nut, Italian Ice, Vanilla, chocolate (but it didn’t work), and cake batter. 4 of their machines weren’t working 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s the middle of summer and this is when you’re the busiest

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place really disappointed me. The bathroom was disgusting — clearly not cleaned in a long time. The toilet seat was broken and covered in what looked like mold from lack of cleaning.

The doors near the yogurt machines had black buildup on the lower parts, almost like mold. There were old, spilled toppings on the counter that looked like they had been there for a while, and the front windows were greasy and dirty.

It honestly makes me question the hygiene of the whole place. If the things that are right in front of customers are this dirty, I can’t even imagine what the inside of the machines must look like. Cleanliness does not seem to be a priority here — I won’t be coming back.

Should’ve listened to the reviews….possibly the grossest business I ever set foot in. From dirty windows and door, to dirty floors, to smelling like a potty potty, not having half the flavors in stock, and 0 customer service whatsoever…we came, we were disappointed, we left and will never come again….run away

Absolutely terrible experience at Berry Bear. We walked in at 7:49 PM — well before their listed closing time of 8:00 PM — ready to make a quick order since we knew exactly what we wanted. There were three people inside, and the place looked open. But as soon as we stepped in, the employee rudely said, “We’re closed.” No sign, no notice — nothing to indicate they weren’t still serving.

As we walked out, it was obvious the people inside were just her friends, not customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to turn away paying customers just to hang out early. If this is how Berry Bear treats guests, they don’t deserve your business

The frozen yogurt was good but two small cups was $20, I could’ve went to the grocery store got a gallon of ice cream with cones and sprinkles and had plenty left over for that type of money, I’ll never be back again

They do not ever have anything in stock. Go to Menchies instead trust me

Kids were happy but overall it was ok. Very limited on the yogurt flavors. Toppings were abundant and well kept, clean and tidy. Store was very kid friendly.

The ice cream/frozen yogurt is good, but it smells like a septic tank blew up. The smell in this business is so bad.

Floor is sticky, smells like sewage. Ice cream 1.4.

Berry Bear! You have got to step it up! We used to love coming here, but the past few times have not been great. Many of your advertised flavors are not available due to the machines not working…and the spouts that the yogurt comes out of does not look the cleanest. There used to be at least one SF flavor available…hasn’t been in a while. On top of this, the $ has gotten ridiculous. I really don’t want to see your business go under, as the staff is always very sweet, and the number of topping options is the best around. Please take some stock in your recent reviews and make Berry Bear great again!

Server was super sweet, but omg the smell. I wanted to walk right back out, but the young girl working was so kind. We definitely won’t be back. We took ours to go.

Workers were kind but the place is super dirty. The floor was so sticky and super dirty. This places needs to be clean.
