Berry Bear Frozen Yogurt & Ice Cream

as im walking in the owner is talking down on an employee making her feel lesser than. she said something around the terms of “obviously we make this here we have the ingredients to make it dont we?” i ask the young girl when checking out how long shes worked there said said not long. so if ur looking for a easy starter job for ur young ones wouldnt choose this location. also i will not be contributing to this new ownership, that is nasty behavior from an “adult”

My grandsons sold City saver books for their schools and a reward for selling city saver was a berry bear small yogurt. We got there and I mentioned to the girl that I had the coupons and she said it's no longer Berry bear. Said he went out of business. Said she would offer 10% discount. I asked how much it would be approximately. She said around $5. She said the other location was in the process of selling as well. So I let them get one, first was $6.80. Then the second one was $9.80. I wanted to leave them on the counter. I told her, you said around $5., she said it goes by ounce. I would never have gotten if I would have known. It was a tiny cup of yogurt. So, I called City saver and she called the previous owner of Berry bear and he said he only sold that location. He tried to get them to honor the coupons and they said no. He still owns the Berry Bear on Wilma Rudolf and will honor all coupons. The other place will jot be in business long, cause no one is going to pay $8 or $9 for a tiny cup of ice cream. They are still using Berry Bear sign outside of building. Do not shop there, drive on over to Wilma Rudolf and get real Berry Bear yogurt. Total rip off. Dishonest people. I would give zero stars, but only have 1 star. This location is on Madison Street in the Wal-Mart strip mall.

Not open on Sunday like they say UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!

The southern pecan flavor was very good. If it was not so expensive I would go more often. 19 dollars for a small bowl, no toppings added

They always close before 8:00. Been about 5 different times at 7:45ish and they are already closed and cleaning up inside. (Yes I’m aware I could go sooner, but I live in Hopkinsville and we come to eat supper on Sat. And we always try to catch some Berry Bear before heading back to Hopkinsville.)

Love trying the flavors every time they change, so yummy! 😋

My family and I went here last night and absolutely LOVED it! It is on the pricier end and the cost is by weight, but I feel that it is well worth it. It was clean, super friendly service, and the atmosphere was very inviting. They have a cute giant chalkboard wall where the kids can draw pictures and a child/family friendly movie playing while you enjoy your treat. I highly recommend!

Imagine my SHOCK when 2 cups of Froyo was $29.84 ?!? I almost laughed. And the froyo itself wasn’t even good… then it asked for a tip when we made it ourselves ? laughable and deserves to close down with prices like

Spent too much money on one mama bear cup of below average soft serve. Majority of the options were ice cream instead of frozen yogurt. Staff was sweet and helpful.Lights were very dim and establishment smelled unusual and unappetizing.

None of the machines would even pump the yogurt…. How you gonna have an ice cream place and none of the machines work.

I'm sorry but their yogurt is god awful. I've eaten froyo from a lot of places and this is the worst I've ever had. It doesn't taste like it's supposed to, it's like ice milk consistency which is also gross. Most frozen yogurts are creamy unless it's something like pineapple etc. Theirs is horrible absolutely horrible! Never again. I'll go to Jackson or Paducah KY for my frozen yogurt.

Most of the flavors we tried were very mild flavoring so they just tasted of ice milk. Disappointed, but there was a guy there that kept opening the door for us! Very polite staff.

Great flavors to choose from! Staff is nice and helpful! Great place to get ice cream! Love the white chocolate mousse ice cream! Highly recommend!
