Ordered through DoorDash. Got several croissant sandwiches, donut holes, donuts and the hot dog things. Every single thing was cold. And not got left out cold. The cheese on the sandwiches weren’t even melted nor had they ever even been melted. Just a bunch of cold uncooked food. Absolutely diabolical and I can’t believe they sent this crap out.

I stopped in this morning purchased two dozen. One dozen was a mix of specialty donuts, the girl tried to charge me $34 for the one dozen, when I questioned her about it they both got rude . I told them the owner only charges for the specialty dozen price she said he doesn't speak English and doesn't know what he's doing. Very disrespectful 😒

We have been going to Best Donuts since we moved to this side of town, so about 4 years now. It has always been great, however, for the last several months they can’t seem to get it together in there. The girls at the counter are very rude and lack hustle and the donuts are NEVER ready on time. I even went later this morning to allow them to have sufficient time to get open, but nothing was ready! Then, when I asked for something other than glazed or chocolate covered, they wanted to act annoyed. It definitely made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by having the gall to ask for donuts at a donut shop! I would rather drive farther for donuts that aren’t as good in order to get better service! I hope they figure it out soon before I have to take my business elsewhere.

I have been going here many years and will keep going. But today the young lady working the counter made it known that my “hello” was not sufficient enough for her. So instead of arguing, I walked out. I understand people have bad days but I did not need her to make my day bad. Business lost from me today means very little but how many other people did she project negatively on. Donuts and food are delicious but I will not order with her at the counter.

So, I ordered via Door Dash for my kids while at work only for food to arrive minus 1 sandwich. And my teenage daughter sent me a picture and video of the sandwich that had a slither of chicken on it. I called not complaining about the skimpy sandwich but about the missing sandwich and just asked for a refund. The associate that answered the phone informed me that the reason the sandwich was missing was because they ran out or didn't have the chicken, and said he didn't know how to change the quantity or process a refund on their side, so I asked for a manager. When the manager got on the phone he said he didn't know how to do it either, and told me to call Door Dash for them to do it, I got upset because not every time you call Door Dash for a restaurant issue will they give you a refund. I called Door Dash and they could only do an account credit, so I ordered my son something from somewhere else. Why do people want to utilize these systems but don't want to learn how to use them? This was my experience on 5/30/2025.
The staff here is generally great! Doughnuts are average. The atmosphere is the same as any other independent doughnut shop.
