So, I ordered via Door Dash for my kids while at work only for food to arrive minus 1 sandwich. And my teenage daughter sent me a picture and video of the sandwich that had a slither of chicken on it. I called not complaining about the skimpy sandwich but about the missing sandwich and just asked for a refund. The associate that answered the phone informed me that the reason the sandwich was missing was because they ran out or didn't have the chicken, and said he didn't know how to change the quantity or process a refund on their side, so I asked for a manager. When the manager got on the phone he said he didn't know how to do it either, and told me to call Door Dash for them to do it, I got upset because not every time you call Door Dash for a restaurant issue will they give you a refund. I called Door Dash and they could only do an account credit, so I ordered my son something from somewhere else. Why do people want to utilize these systems but don't want to learn how to use them? This was my experience on 5/30/2025.

WORST donuts and food I have EVER gotten from anywhere and Iāve had some bad food so thatās saying a lot. I rarely write reviews but feel the need to write one today. My donut was smashed and barely has maple covering the whole top. Our burritos were ICE cold and wrapped so tight in cling wrap you could barely get it out of the wrapper because the burritos shell was also sticky, Not even edible. When I called I was told to come back for a refund yet we have no time because we have to get to church.the condescending attitude of the employee was horrendous. I would give this place zero stars but thatās not an option. Worst donut store Iāve ever been to.
