I really wanted to like Biggby Coffee since I live less than a block away, but I’ve had repeated issues with drink temperature. On my first visit, I ordered a hot chai latte and was given a cold one. They did remake it, but the replacement was lukewarm, so I reheated it at home. About a month later, I gave them another try. It took 30 minutes to get a “freshly brewed” coffee, yet it was lukewarm again. At this point, I’ve gone back to having Starbucks delivered from 2 miles away, and the coffees arrive hot every time. Unfortunately, convenience doesn’t make up for inconsistent quality. I won’t be returning.

Had the most wonderful experience. Great products, specially the Black Forest Coffee. Prices are very reasonable. Easy location. Will definitely visit again. Only thing I suggest for adding/changing.... Sun Blocking Shads, to ensure ALL customers are not blinded while enjoying the time at this great Coffee shop.

Got the 16oz iced Honey Cinnamon Vanilla Latte 10/10 Got the 20oz iced Teddy Bear Latte 7.5/10 Got the Turkey, Bacon and Cheddar on the Maple Waffle 13/10. Overall everything was great… but those 4 items cost $30. Cool little place, way overpriced.

A little frustrating as I just returned home. I realized the coffee felt a little light. Removed the lid to find out that I paid for a 20oz cappuccino and received a little less than half the cup of coffee. All froth. Waste a money. But the food but make your coffee or go to Starbucks.
I recently gave this business a one star due to the previous post. I’m writing to change my review. As this establishment is relatively new I thought to give them another shot. Upon returning I had an opportunity to speak with whom I believe were the owners. I explained what I had expected verse my experience. They were very understanding, offered their apologies and a brief explanation of the situation. Needless to say my interaction and service at this time was a pleasant experience.
In these times, it can be challenging to find good customers service. Biggy Coffee accepted the situation, heard me out and offered to rectify the situation with no problem at all. As a result of the customer service I will continue to frequent the establishment. Thank you Biggy Coffee.

I just got a Matcha from here and this is literally the first time I have ever had a coffee shop make it correctly and well in Clarksville!!! If you like matcha they eat that UP! If you want a matcha that’s actually stirred, I recommend!
