The first thing you notice is the decor and cleanliness! Very nice! Food was tasty and the girl at the register and who prepared our food was very friendly!

Ordered boberry biscuits, they come 2 packs and I only received one. Ordered chicken, egg and cheese biscuit but received a sad bacon, egg and cheese, I might not cared as much except the fact it was one skinny tiny half a bacon strip, come on man if you're going to do it wrong then atleast give quality wrong.

Waited for 10mins at the counter to order , employees just ignored me, so I left
Every time I order the order is wrong or missing items. Ordered through the driver through spent 32$ and of course they forgot two breakfast sandwiches. If I could give this Bojangles zero starts It would. Probably the last time I go back. It's unacceptable to pay for food you never received.

Went to the Bojangles on Madison Street at night — fries were stale, and the chicken was dry and bland. Definitely not what I expected. Very disappointing.

I usually love getting a Cajun chicken biscuit and mountain dew, but the last time I bit into the chicken it crunched. It felt like I had bitten into a tendon or ligament. I tried another bite or two, but it didn't get better. I couldn't finish it. It may be a while before I return.

Don't order Bo's Bird Dogs (newer). Apparently cook didn't know how to make it. It always sad when you can see your meal behind the counter and still have to wait for the employee to give it. Was a little difficult trying to explain upsize or bo size and employee was confused(like one side or two, also not getting a large drink which was on the receipt). Prefer the location on Tiny Town and recommend it instead.
