I have ordered steak bisquits add cheese whenever I go there. They dont add it just under half the time, close enough it could become.half the time. I have evennhad them tell me.when I order it that the steak buisquit come with cheese, if so they forget to put it on a whole lot of the times and charge for it too! By the time I realize they didn't put it on I am already home and sitting down to eat after the 15 mins drive there and 15 minuets back home. So not really worth calling to just be told "come back and get cheese". But the other day I went out of the norm for myself and added in an order buisquit gravy (a little forshadowing I should have just paid the 4 dollars and said air instead of a dry buisquitpulled apart with a dollop of gravy on each side). Got home and realized the one buisquit cut in half with a small spoon worth of gravy for $4 dollars wasn't even in the bag. Called, and they did the full minimum of well of you drive the 15 minutes back here we will give you what you paid for. Just what I wanted, to add 30 minutes of driving to get what I ordered and paid for with the first half-hour drive there and back. No offer of were are sorry. Would you like to pick a few items off the menu as a way for us to make it up to you for the screw up WE MADE. Nope, just the order of a buisquit and cold gravy. They need to listen to what people order and do what the ask for seeing how you are charging them for it and it's kinda like your job to make sure you give people what they pay for. And if you happen to screw up (which should be a rare occasion not most the time as if you mess up my orders basically half the time, is fair to understand you are doing it many times a day with all the orders you get a day. And do right by the people as I had to make a half hour drive just to get my order completed what was a 4 dollar mistake on your side cost me 30 minuets and few bucks in gas and that time wasted. Give you customers you screw over by not doing your job correctly extras or refund them that money back and give them the order for free, or give them the item plus double the value of other items to make up for lost time and gas and inconvenience. Or people should start calling g corporate as as many screw ups you make with me alone if I was to call every time I am sure with the rest of the people calling about the things you mess up for them, they might just go ahead and have a real nice sit down with the franchise owner and they might let these people go and hire those who know how to take an order make the orders as to what was specified by th customer and do a quality check that everything is correct and in the bag that gets handed to the customer.

Ordered on the app and waited 15 minutes before pulling up to the drive thru for my order. I was asked to wait in one of the curbside parking spots and it would be brought out to me. After another 15 minutes, I came inside to find my order had not been started... and I was the only customer here. Everyone was playing around, not doing anything.... and I still had to wait another 10 minutes for my order, which was 2 simple combos. Management really needs to get their store in order because this is an awful way to treat people and run a business.

We love the biscuits at Bojangles! My family usually gets a combination of sausage; chicken fried steak; sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits; or bacon, egg and cheese. They always taste great. The only thing I might change would be some white gravy on the steak and/or sausage biscuits, as they tend to be a little dry. Even so, we love them!

The chicken, on the other hand is far too spicy for my tummy. Other family members like it ok.
But, it would be nice if they offered a mild version, for those of us who can't do spicy like we used to do.

The worst food. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender in the drive thru. It was about 4:30pm and no one was in front of us, we pulled up to the window and they were already bagged for us. The tenders were terrible. They were cold and dry and so bland, almost like they were left over from breakfast. This was the first and last time we ever will go to a bojangles. They should just close it down if they don’t want to put effort into service or food

I ordered my food from DoorDash from here, they gave it to the wrong driver who stole it and when my driver got there they refused to give him the food, was really unprofessional on the phone and waited over an hour and half before I finally got everything resolved through DoorDash, Bojangles do better because not only did I not get my order but I had to listen to someone who barely spoke English to get it all resolved

Chicken place should not have a delay time on getting chicken, expecially when you have bucket/boxes of chicken you sell! Fast food means fast food, not wait in your car 15 mins because they arent prepared!
