The morning crew is good. The evening crew(s) leave a lot to be desired. We ordered ahead and got there when it said to. They had not even started our meal. They said they were cooking chicken as it was ordered for everyone. I could see that before closing, but not at dinner time. We waited an additional 20min after arriving because they were prioritizing drive thru over pre orders. Another time we visited they told us they were out of chicken for the night. It's a chicken restaurant and again at dinner time. We actually asked them to repeat what they said because we were sure we heard them wrong on the drive thru speaker. We didn't.Morning breakfast is always on it though.

I ordered a three-piece dinner That was supposed to have two thighs and a drumstick When I got home I had two drumsticks and a thigh. This is the second time this happened. It won't happen again guaranteed. Also the girl that waited on me sounded like she had a mouth full of cotton. I guess that explains the lack of customers.

Just waited at the register for 10 minutes while the manager and every worker just looked at me. 1 family in the dining room and maybe 2 cars in drive through. I pray they close

Customer service sucks!! I counted 9 employees and still waited over 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Then waited about another 5 plus minutes for my good. Then I get food that looked like it had been thrown across the kitchen. Employees seen eating. Not one single person that I came in contact with was friendly. This is my second time with type of service.....there won't be a third. Bojangles used to be my go to, but not anymore.

Last night at bojangles ordered 2 chicken sandwich’s, no mayo on either, fries so salty could hardly eat them! Guy taking the order could hardly understand.
You sure can count on this Bojangles to mess your order up. This is the 4th time. I have to remember to check my order before I leave so I don’t have to drive back up there every time. Three stars because the food is good.

If I could live on their Cajun chicken biscuits, I would. They're always fresh when I go there and their biscuits are *chefs kiss* ? Bo Berry biscuits? Divine. The people that work there aren't always cheery or overly warm/friendly, but I don't care. Those biscuits make up for it.
