I’m typically very understanding when it comes to restaurants being overwhelmed, understaffed, or needing time to cook food. However, my recent experience at this Bojangles was unacceptable. I ordered a #7 and #8 through the drive-thru, and after paying, I was told there would be a 5-minute wait on Bo Rounds and instructed to park in curbside. I waited for 15-20 minutes before going inside to check on my order. A manager told me to return to my car and wait, emphasizing that standing inside was “pointless.” After over an hour of waiting, no one brought my food or offered any help. The only positive aspect of this experience was getting my money refunded, but by then, my travel plans were severely delayed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.
Good first: Bo rounds and biscuits are amazing. Bad: 2 star reason the chicken biscuit sandwich’s I just bought that I was very excited until I took a bite the chicken felt like it had the skin on it eating a tendon. The texture was horrible, inedible. I paid over $11 for something I could not eat disappointed to say the least. The reason I gave two stars for service the worker took my order at counter and just walked away to drive thru and never came back I saw my food being made and sitting under lamp I said something and yes it was mine. I do t feel like driving back and wait a long time. For a chicken restaurant chicken should be the star.

I bought a chicken sandwich combo and a three chicken dinner. My chicken was cold in spots and crust white in color. They forgot my biscuit , dirty rice was hard it was horrible service. Don’t go to this restaurant on Tiny town you will regret it

We just ordered an 8pc family meal for almost $31.00, got home, started eating and my husband and I both found long hair in our chicken ? obviously we threw the rest of the meal away! I have extremely short hair as does my husband so we know this was not our hair. We won’t be back

This place is very homily. Employees are kind and courteous , even when they were in a rush of customers my food was ready in a timely matter. The food itself was pretty good. It compares to Popeyes and KFC alike. Though, the bo'berry biscuits ? so good. I will definitely be dining here again.
I came through the drive-thru back in May, ordered a 3 piece meal. Really hungry as hadn't eaten dinner the night before. The chicken was fantastic, the sides and biscuit were hot and delish. Now, everytime I'm over there, I gotta have it! Thank you ?

Order a grilled chicken sandwich no tomatoes and a cajun biscuit both where cold tomatoes on the grilled chicken. I waited over 30 minutes to find my order wrong. I call for a refund and get attitude over the phone. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE PERIOD
