Chicken sandwich was dry and burnt! Never in my life have I experienced such a terrible chicken sandwich. How can you mess up a chicken sandwich that only comes with mayo and pickle? Oh, well that's my last time ordering at Bojangles after noon.

Highly disappointed in the level of service I just received. The staff made an error with a door dash order and is forcing in person and drive thru orders to wait until all the door dash orders are taken. My friends and I left after being spoken to harshly after requesting to place our order. The shift manager needs some training on etiquette and tact.

Bit into a biscuit and had the most sour pungent taste, it turned my whole mouth rubbery, like my cheeks and tongue. Tried to eat other food and everything just felt weird and tasted weird after i ate that biscuit. I looked at the biscuit and didn't see anything. 4/6/25
So ordered at 1:55pm and didn't get my food for another 45 min, asked if everything was in there and they said yea we got u, I checked for the main things since they said the mac and cheese was in one of the boxes. Turned out it was coleslaw. Then they didn't put in our sauces. Tried to give us our food without the biscuits since they ran out of them.
Definitely check all your food and don't take their word for it. And when I try to call it rings once and then hangs up.

I’m typically very understanding when it comes to restaurants being overwhelmed, understaffed, or needing time to cook food. However, my recent experience at this Bojangles was unacceptable. I ordered a #7 and #8 through the drive-thru, and after paying, I was told there would be a 5-minute wait on Bo Rounds and instructed to park in curbside. I waited for 15-20 minutes before going inside to check on my order. A manager told me to return to my car and wait, emphasizing that standing inside was “pointless.” After over an hour of waiting, no one brought my food or offered any help. The only positive aspect of this experience was getting my money refunded, but by then, my travel plans were severely delayed. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.
