I don't leave reviews often but this was a horrible experience when I was so excited to eat here. Two hostesses on their phone the whole time with poor attitude and little help. Tables were sticky and dirty so you just have to pick what you think the cleanest looking is, lots of raw meat sitting out to choose from for your entree (gross!) and very expensive for how impersonal the staff were and how subpar the food was. Best thing about coming here was the Starry fountain drink ?

I really enjoyed my bowl. Other people in my group enjoyed theirs for the most part but said some things weren’t cooked all the way. I would say it’s a little overpriced for what you get. It isn’t fully clear what you do exactly nor is it explained. When we were handed the Regular size bowl we thought it was quite small, BUT turns out you just fill it with the mix ins and not the starch you choose so it was alright. The establishment was a tad more on the dirty side.

Bon Fire used to be one my favorite spots in Clarksville, but not anymore. The restaurant was visibly dirty on my last visit. The quality of food has significantly declined and the service is mediocre at best. At one time we would have to wait for table at this establishment, but now it's wide open. Changes need to be made.

The bonfire used to be the place to go, I don't know what happened. Walking in to place our order we were met by a girl at the counter that was more concerned with making sure we answered the tip question than taking the order. I personally do not agree with tipping before I even received my meal. Secondly both the ladies working were wearing sweats and house shoes. If I wanted to eat in my pj's I would have stayed home. Overall atmosphere was unwelcoming.

I eat at this location and the Hendersonville location and both have something in common the service is a hit or miss 1 waiter and 1 host is not enough. This is a pretty popular restaurant to eat at and that’s something I’ve noticed since I been coming here to eat food and atmosphere is good just lack of help. I understand that some restaurants don’t pay as well but it doesn’t hurt to put a now hiring sign in the window just my opinion

1) the tables were sticky. 2) the water tastes like bleach. 3) the yum yum sauce has a hint of floor cleaner. 4) fried mushrooms were soggy and nasty tasting. These guys used to be awesome. One of my favorites. But paying as you walk in is like going to McDonalds, but these guys want a tip. My tip is based on the quality of service and the overall experience. I don’t just tip to be nice. I tip very well when I receive quality service, fair food and decent atmosphere. The food quality has gone down. My guess is, new owners. I’m going to stay away from this joint for a while.
