We had delivery, it did not have everything and the food was simply awful, no flavor, and just gross. When I called to explain that items were missing, they didn't care, whatsoever and told me,well you can just come and pick it up! I got delivery because we could not pick it up. Sigh...quite disappointing

Food was alright. Saw this place on TikTok and wanted to try the “Chiwawa” bowl and it wasn’t nearly as good as advertised. Not bad overall though. Also pretty expensive for what is basically Asian fusion chipotle.

The ingredients for the burrito looked tasty and robust, but the look was totally different from the taste. The meats were cold and seemed as though the meat just sat in the pan. The employees were generally nice, but they were not thrilled about serving people as they just pointed out the menu to me with limited explanation. The meat tastes like Taco Bell ground beef . In fact, I could have saved half of what I paid if I could have just gone to Taco Bell.

While the potential is there for a great burrito spot, our recent experience was disappointing. The ingredients looked fresh and appealing, but the poor service overshadowed any positives. The restaurant's cleanliness was concerning, with trash on the floor and food remnants on tables. The staff's lack of knowledge about the menu and poor hygiene practices, like not changing gloves after handling different food items, were major red flags. The slow service was frustrating, especially with few other customers. The food arrived cold, likely due to the excessive wait time. Unfortunately, the subpar service and unhygienic conditions outweighed the quality of the ingredients. We won't be returning anytime soon.
Our second time choosing Bubbakoo’s. 1st time was no big deal. Liked the food, we only order take out, but nothing great/horrible. Tonight 11/8/24- we get there around 740. We honestly were not aware they closed at 8. But doors were already locked.. Was also not aware they had a drive thru. So it could have been why they ignored the constant (LOUD) knocks on the doors. My boyfriend happened to walk around the side and noticed the drive thru. The young short blonde girl with glasses was absolutely horrible and rude. The food is pretty good (for “fast food”) in my opinion, clearly a little pricey. We may want to look into more customer service training.. and maybe not taking orders past a certain time if we’re going to be upset when people show up to pick up thier already paid for food. All the more reason I hate to tip before receiving my food from anywhere. Not happy customers, and had high hopes for this place.

Who ever leaves this place a bad review is crazy...I have been coming to this restaurant for over a year. The staff 9 out of 10x amazing, food is always good and fresh. The facility is always kept clean. They are consistent here. Only complaint I have is sometimes it can seem alittle pricey.

This place has all of the ingredients for what could be an amazing popular place to eat. However, the staff was disorganized and frustrated. The counter and restaurant were filthy and unprofessional. The young lady that was helping us walked out in the middle of making our order and the cook was flirting with another customer in line
