Total and utter incompetence at this store. I had a mobile order, arrived and sat in the drive thru for 20 min with one car in front of me. Finally get up to the window get my food to leave. I get all the way home to realize I’m missing food. Go back to the restaurant and I was told “oh we are out of that, I told someone to tell you” they offer no help other than chat with the app. I paid for food I didn’t get and they didn’t have the courtesy to even make sure I knew this before leaving. Don’t go here. The store on Madison at least won’t have you in the drive thru waiting for 20 min

The staff was friendly on the drive thru intercom however our order was messed up and we didn’t get all of our food so I went inside to get what we were missing. Another lady followed behind me and the manager very rude like told her the lobby was closed but she is the one who didn’t lock the door. The inside of that place is disgustingly filthy from the floors to the counters to the chairs. The manager who handed me my ice cream cone didn’t look like she had washed her hands in a month. The gunk under nails was unbearable. Her nails were longer to be natural and full of black stuff under them. Terrible experience.

Ordered through the app for my sandwich to be incorrect, sent my husband to get it remade for them to say those items are discontinued and I can’t get a refund… not only did they not answer the phone but they are just flat out extremely rude. When asked what the managers name who is closing tonight she replied I have no name I suggest getting rid of this employee if y’all want a better customer service performance. Simply unacceptable behavior from a manager :(
