I came thru the drive-thru 2X’s & still nobody took my order!! We waited over 20mins & one of the few cars in line. We attempted to go inside, and then realized it was closed so we had no other choice, but to hop back in line to get the same results a long ssa wait! Idk why I expected something different. I used to be an employee here & we never conducted ourselves in such manner. Idk what’s going on if they are short staffed or lolli-gagging. Yeah this is my last time coming to this location.

This review is to specifically shout a courteous and kind gentle spirit name EMMA I have found myself on that side of the city a lot lately needing something to nibble on stopped their wearing my birthday crown (last weekend ) and Miss Emma on that day made me feel like a queen even the more she took our order with grace and made sure everyone in the car with me didn’t feel left as they were crowned with BK crowns as my court! I inquired of the manager who she was and sang her praises personally and wanted to take the time now to share the sweet Emma spirit with everyone that may never know her can now know her through me!! Great Job Emma!! Keep it up!

Fantastic place to be considered "fast food" The only reason I gave 4 ☆ on the atmosphere is lots of work happening right now on the roads, so it's crazy getting into the parking lot, but the service was absolutely great ? ? ?Parking: The entrance is crazy right now with road construction, so it's harder to see where to turn in.

I went thru the drive thru. They had both lines open and albeit I started out 2 cars away from the speaker, I was pulling back onto the street in less than 5 minutes with 2 orders. AND they were correct and delicious!Dietary restrictions: Have it your way! If you DON'T want a particular item that comes on what you want, tell them to leave it off & it's not a problem!Parking: I don't count.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are awesome with healthy choices.
