I waited 25 minutes in line. I was asked to hold. Two people who came in line after me had their order taken. Then I went to the window & no apologies were given. The staff is beyond unpleasant. Had the food not been for my son I would have left.Just shut the store down. Because no matter what time of day, or the circumstances it’s always a terrible experience. I could have walked & gotten my food faster.

We were greeted with a warm smile and very courteous service. Food was hot and delicious and all of the employees were happy and very professional.Kid-friendliness: They had paper crowns on the tables. I could have sat down and gotten food somewhere else during the time that it took to be cleared to go to the second window. 30 minutes to get a cheeseburger, talk about an impossible burger.

Went through the drive through. There's two drive through order stands. They merge into two windows. The 1st window took my money but told me not to drive up to the next window. It took about 5 -10 minutes to get my food. The icee machine was broken. I had to laugh because the soft serve ice cream at McDonalds is always brokenso I opted for BK.The server was super friendly and nice. Not sure what the inside was like since I used the drive through.
