About the worst BK I've ever been to! Although the flavor was good, the Croissant was not hot, coffee was the dregs of the pot with grounds in the cup. One cup was cold. No condiments readily available. I see no reason to go to that location again!

I ordered and was only behind 1 other car and they didn't know what I ordered when I got up to pay. The order was wrong when I recv'd it and the guy at the pick up window asked me what I ordered (whopper, no pickle, no onions). I answered just like that and he said, "it's got no pickles." It, of course, ended up having onions (which I can't have). He knew and still handed it out. Just didn't care. Lousy and will never return.

I always come to this Burger King over the ones closer to my house.They have far better service that the other fast food restaurants in the area.I’ll continue to be a repeat customer.

Fiery chicken n onion rings = nightmare stomach n pain. After eating this cheap food now I remember why I barely ever go here, this place is a nightmare with service, food, and digestion of their so called "food", avoid if possible!!!
Drive thru. No answer. After a few minutes I get the greeting. Then nothing after I order. I say hello a few times and sit there. Couple minutes go by and as I am pulling off to leave I hear. "What did you say?". To late I'm gone. Now, I was only car in the drive thru. Only cars in parking lot were most likely employees. Have tried many times to get food here with mixed results. Not anymore though.

Either oil was old or fryers were too high. I ordered both fries and tater tots and both were darker in color and really hard to eat. I personally like crispy fries but some centers a little soft. The fries were so hard felt like cardboard in my mouth. Waited 10 minutes for our order which I'm not complaining about due to the time of day we visited. The order was hot and the majority was fresh, I ordered an impossible whopper and it had been reheated in the microwave. If I would've received that part of the order not microwaved I would definitely give 4 stars, it is a fast food restaurant so not going to give 5 stars.
Don't waste your time or money at this location. We were the only car in the drive thru and it still took forever. Fries were cold, milkshake had melted, coke (was supposed to be frozen coke) didn't even have ice in it, and the mozzarella sticks were just nasty. Go literally anywhere else.

If I was in the far lane I would have drove off! I fully understand staff shortages but I was trapped. My food was not right. My order wasn't crazy no lettuce extra tarter sauce. Big chunks of lettuce dropping all over my clothes and car. I would have returned the sandwiches but I had an appointment in Nashville that I was late for. The order took over 20 minutes to get.
