I got my girlfriend to go out there and get a royal chicken sandwich combo an they put the 1/2 Original chicken on it instead of the One that it shows on the picture if I knew it was going to be like that I would have just got that but that's not what I wanted kinda messed up because this is not what I ordered. Tried to call keep get sent to voice-mail this Update my girlfriend didn't go back up there and they made it right

I went for breakfast and there was only one car in the drive-thru and it took forever I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich the new one and I got to the drive-thru they told me they didn't have any bacon so I'm thinking really now you tell me very unprofessional so I got my money back and went somewhere else it seems that every time I go to this particular Burger King there's always a problem so I'm just not going there anymore and there so expensive you can go to a regular dine in restaurant and eat a good breakfast are dinner for the same amount are a few dollars more, fast food is a convenience and a rip off and a very unhealthy choice

Waited 10 minutes for my food while waiting I heard laughing and talking from workers and I was on the other side of the restaurant food was ok but my chicken fries tasted a little different so overall 2 star review.

If you were on my shoe jst came back from ER and to save time to cook decided to order and our order is jst 2 orders of whooper and 1 order of double whooper. But so dismaying we jst received 1 whooper and 1 double whooper.Well sorry for me, lesson learned not to order from them again.

The Burgar King on Trento Rd Clarksville Tn. Get a breakfast sandwich once in awhile and egg is cooked too long. The egg is brown. Which ruins the whole thing.Please fix this.

I've been in the drive thru for half an hour now. Haven't even laid yet. This is ridiculous. If they are that short staffed, then voise this place down. Never again will I come back
I went to Burger King to get the Wednesday Addams meal. I was super excited to see what it tasted like. ?? Once again I was let down and he purple bun was so chewy it felt as though I was chewing gum and they didn’t have and Swiss cheese ( different than regular American they normally put on burger) the sauce was lacking luster. I mean come on it’s a Wednesday Addams meal smh ??♀️ so disappointed ?! My advice to you as a consumer is to just get a regular whoppper and add the secret sauce

Night Shift is very rude we were still deciding to order and they told us to let us know when we were ready. My fiancé called out about 2 times and no answer. We finally received and answer but it was a rude “I hear you man” with loud snickering in the back, so we just drove off. So they were just playing around in the kitchen with a line full of people.

Went to drive thru and the screen/speaker was barely working. After about 10 minutes got to window and confirmed order. When I got home it was wrong. My burger had onions and no bacon. The coke was nasty and I threw it away after the initial sip. Wish I would have gone to another BK or anywhere else.
The food was amazing and the experience was fantastic one of the employee was amazing I think her name was keke
