What's the point in using the mobile app to order 20 minutes ahead of time, if you then end up waiting so long you are forced to leave without your food to avoid being late for work? I'm never coming here again.
Bare in mind, while I was waiting for my rather simple order - multiple people who didn't order ahead of time, but rather at the drive thru itself, got in and out while I was left waiting.

I ordered 3 meals, simple and easy with nothing extra. After losing my order between the drive through and the pay window I had to tell the drive through employee 3 more times what I had ordered. Finally I pay and pull up to the 2nd window to get my food. I noticed that I had a 4th drink I did not order. I checked my receipt and sure enough they charged me for a extra large drink and large fries along with the 3 meals I actually ordered. I took the drink since I had already paid for it. When I got home the extra fries I was charged for was not in the bag one of the meals was completely the wrong meal and they added cheese to items I specifically asked not to have cheese on. I was overcharged and paid to much for a very disappointing meal. I won't be spending my money at this place ever again.

It's a Burger King, but a nice Burger King. Even nicer since Wendy's opened across the street and it's less crowded now.
Came In around 11 am was greeted by a sweet blonde headed girl have seen her at other locations she is always so cheerful and sweet. She tried to sell me cookies and even joked around and said she'd take off the chocolate chips because I'm a diabetic. It was a great experience she even came out to my table and asked if she could take my tray after I was done she went beyond an employee. My whopper was nice and fluffy and hot I was impressed with the service and the bathrooms were actually clean. I enjoyed my experience I will definitely be back as it is down the road from my work. Thank you burger king I think her name was sherry.

The worst experience ever! My gf and I went to get something quick and waited for about 5mins to order the food which was fine because the order taker was actually nice and advising us of the wait. After paying we waited another 30 plus minutes to get the food and the girl at the window was constantly on her phone and had an AirPod in her ear. After getting our food the fries were cold and disguising so I went inside to see if maybe there can give me fresh fries and the girl at the window stated there was nothing they can do while thumbing through receipts. My gf got upset and went inside and waited for someone to assist us. It wasn’t until she asked for corporate number when they decided to say something. They was very rude and said people run out of stuff and caught an attitude. I will not be going back to this location and will not recommend anyone I know to go to that establishment. Waited for about 40mins to get cold and disgusting food. On top of everything NONE of the employees had names on their name tag so what’s the point of wearing them if your name isn’t on it.
