Prices jumped 4.00 above what I thought was reasonable before this price gauging.. Was given less meat & more noodles. Ridiculous. I'll be making my own at home from now on.

I've tried them a few times before and I'm sorry, I just don't like the food. I tried to give them a chance, but I haven't gone by since. Employees were nice and the place looked clean. I just didn't care for the food.

The man who sat and served us was uninviting and matters only got worse as he wiped his nose with his hand and proceeded to immediately fill our drinks. My family had no choice but to vacate at that point.

The food was quite expensive and the portions were very small. Although the taste was okay, the small servings and high prices mean we won't be returning. An hour after eating, both my husband and I experienced stomach pain and had to visit the bathroom multiple times.

Had the oxtail pho. The soup itself was good. However, the oxtails themselves were very tough and not tender at all. Definitely not worth the $16.95 I paid.

This place has the worst SERVICE i have been to. You greet yourself, cause nobody says hello or acknowledges your presence. Then you seat yourself and nobody gives you a menu so you have to get up and get it. Then they stare at you like you just walked into a strangers house, I wish I was kidding but I'm like 100% for real lol. Then 10 mins after nobody says anything they come ask you if you want a drink. (This place is never busy, so I don't know why the service is so slow)
The FOOD however is pretty good. I usually get the same thing which is Fresh Spring Rolls and Pho. The broth is good and they put a decent amount of meat in it.
Service though is too much of a headache for me to want to keep coming back. If you don't mind searching everywhere for your server, or being ok with an empty water glass the whole time and never getting your check this is the place to be.

Not our first time here. The food is always flavorful, great tasting, and smells fresh and wonderful. Pleasing to sight, taste, and smell. I would have taken photos but it all smelled so good that we just tucked in right away. Sorry. Everything was going perfect and this would have been 5 stars all the way around IF the owner had just stayed in the back. I'm very turned off when a boss/owner comes out and berates an employee/family member loudly and publicly. I understand your losing money and how but discipline is done in private away from your guests ears. I was a restaurant manager for over 13 years, praise in public, discipline in private is the professional way to do things. This was the first time in our visits here that this has happened but it will definitely be in my thoughts the next time we come. You get this one chance to learn and improve, otherwise my business will go elsewhere.

Why is this the lowest rated Pho place in Clarksville???? It beats the others nearby, hands down. I ordered take out chicken pho, and pho thai for my kid, and it was so delicious. The clarity of the broth was great and the smell was soft but still rich, and not overly pungent/fishy/dirty smelling like Pho Kings has been lately. The noodles were tucked away separately like always, too keep them from getting mushy but the meat was already in the broth to cook so my kid didnt have to reheat the broth to get the meat to cook (sometimes by the time you get home the broth isnt hot enough so the meat stays red). But this was great! The chicken satay was very grilled but still good, especially with the sauce. My kids got strawberry bubble tea smoothies which were actually thick compared to others theyve had in the city. And they provide toppings for each pho bowl instead of one sharing when ordering out.The young woman that ran the desk was super patient with my awkwardness and inside the store was large, bright and clean looking. This is the place for pho for as long as we live here. Sooo delicious.
