I’ve ordered here twice now to go only. Food has always came fast and fresh. The Sango burger is hands down the best burger I’ve ever had at a restaurant and always cooked perfect to our asking. I’ve also had the wings, Philly, and buffalo chicken wrap and they have all been great. My biggest bugaboo with caps is the fries are great but they do not travel even in a 5 minute drive (maybe cook them a little longer). And the vibe inside the restaurant is slightly odd. You can hear quiet conversations from across the restaurant. other than that this is a family favorite for us and we will be back

14 of us ladies had a wonderful lunch there yesterday. Aubrey was our very patient waitress. We all loved what we ordered. Salads, soups, different sandwiches and hamburgers and a chicken reggie.

Very good. Just wish the fries weren’t soggy when we got to go & the wings were extra crispy like we requested. Would absolutely try again as the burger was to die for.
My wife and I decided to go somewhere different, somewhere we haven’t been before. Stopping her Sunday was an amazing decision. The atmosphere was great, plenty of TVs to watch sports. The customer service was flawless, not a single complaint, I believe our server was Aubrey…
We highly recommend the meatball appetizer and/or the loaded fries. Ordered the Steak Sandwich and BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger, both were phenomenal. We will definitely be back again!!!

We live less than 10 min from this restaurant and didn’t know it was there. Seen it while visiting another establishment close by and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is great, the service was exceptional and the food did not disappoint. The southwest egg rolls appetizers is a must try! My husband and I both had burgers and they were huge and delicious! We will definitely be back
Avoid CAP’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill if you care about basic hospitality. My wife and I stopped in with our 9-month-old daughter for a quick meal before running errands. The restaurant was nearly empty—maybe four customers total. We stood at the entrance for over six minutes holding our baby, waiting to be seated. A staff member briefly said she’d help us in a moment, then disappeared. When a server finally showed up, he assumed we were part of a completely different party and then told us, “Sit wherever you like,” and walked away. No greeting, no offer to help. We sat ourselves. He dropped menus at the table and turned to leave, so I asked for a high chair. His response? “I’ll bring one in a minute,” without stopping or even looking back. That was it for us. We got up and left. No apology. No acknowledgment. As we loaded our daughter into her car seat, we saw both the server and (presumably) a manager or owner—who had come out to clear the table—staring at us through the front window, watching us leave like we were the problem. We ended up down the road at Ruby Tuesday. The food? Mediocre. The service? Fantastic. We were greeted, seated immediately, asked about a high chair the moment we walked in, and treated like actual guests. The server was warm and kind to our daughter. It was everything CAP’s couldn’t be bothered to offer. First visit to CAP’s—and absolutely the last. If you have a family, or simply expect to be acknowledged and treated with the bare minimum of respect, skip this place entirely. There’s no hospitality here—just indifference.
Ignored for 6+ minutes in an empty restaurant while holding my baby. We walked out.
Truly disappointing experience.
Stopped into CAP’s Neighborhood Bar & Grill with my wife and our 9-month-old daughter, hoping for a quick bite before running errands. The restaurant was nearly empty—just a couple patrons at the bar and one table seated—yet we stood at the entrance for over six minutes without being seated.
A bartender told us she’d be right with us, then vanished. A male server finally appeared, assumed we were with another couple who had walked in after us, and then told us to “sit wherever you like.” Not exactly welcoming, but we sat ourselves. He dropped menus at the table and started to walk away, so I asked if we could have a high chair for our baby. His response: “I’ll bring one in a minute,” without even turning around.
At that point, we decided to leave. No one apologized. No one asked if there was an issue. They simply cleared the menus off the table, actually watched us in the window getting into our vehicle, and then moved on like we were an inconvenience.
We ended up going to the nearby Ruby Tuesday, where the food was average but the service was worlds better. We were greeted, seated immediately, offered a high chair, and treated like actual guests.
CAP’s made it very clear they’re not interested in offering even basic hospitality. First visit—and absolutely the last. If you have a family, or just expect to be acknowledged when you walk into a restaurant, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Food tastes ok, but the portion size is comical. On a take out grilled chicken salad, they sent us home with 2.2 ounces of chicken and less than a handful of fries with the fish & chips.
