I wish I could give zero stars!!
Don't waste your time or money at the Captain D's on Kraft Street! It's run by a bunch of lazy people, who do not know how to treat customers or prepare food to edible standards. The food was absolutely horrible, portion sizes for a $13 meal was that of a kid's size meal. Petty! Eat here at your own risk, but you can't say you weren't warned after reading this review. I'll never be back!!

We stopped by today for dinner for our daughter, no tartar sauce because of a citrus fruit intolerance. We waited on upwards of 10 minutes, and they were out of a lot of food, including hush puppies, broccoli, and bread (not the fish sandwich bread). So, my husband ordered the fries and the giant fish sandwich, that we've seen advertisements about on the Internet. Got home w/ the food & the sandwich was dripping in tartar sauce with two long fish sticks. Called numerous times and when someone answered, he told her the issue and then the call was somehow disconnected in his ear. He called back & someone would pick up the phone and hang up immediately. So, we got into the car and drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant. My husband explained what happened and he was given a new sandwich after a while. It's not likely that we will be back, the customer service is atrocious and the food quality is subpar.

I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in the store but that's okay they were busy getting people's orders prepared.
Wheelchair accessibility: You have to park away from the door and walk across the drive that comes in to get to the store

Got a 3 piece today. Fish was great, but the fries were cold and mushy and either the hushpuppies were way over cooked or the fryer oil is bad because they tasted like burnt cooking oil. Do better.

The restaurant was nice and clean and the employees was friendly especially the lady with the walker however the hush puppies was burnt and also I ordered the regular fish and fries meal for 5.99 and the fish was so spicy it sat me on fire I didn't order hot and spicy I think my order got missed up with someone else's as the young dark complected girl seemed to mix up everyones order she was bringing out
The hush puppies were so burnt, and I ordered extra. The oil needs changing.
