Well I decided to give Captain D's another chance and we'll the fish was well over cooked I mean I like crunchy but this over crunchy and affected the taste of the meal and you couldn't even say it was a whole piece of catfish I'll be the hunt for a new fish place

I doordash, today my customer asked for extra tartar sauce. The woman working, when I asked her to get some, was incredibly rude. She stated that there are no extras, there's plenty in the bag. I was polite and she was incredibly rude. If you cannot be polite, don't work in customer service.

With the economy the price has almost stayed the same while the portions have gotten smaller. Although I have always found them to be a little pricey so I use coupons.

I had a decent experience here. I can only speak from the perspective of going through the drive-through. I only wanted the fried okra which I was surprised they served. I don't eat a whole lot of fish so I can't speak to the taste of those items. I can say that the fried okra is very good. Not homemade good, but good overall. I will definitely be going back for more okra in the future.

When I got to the Captain D's on Wilma Rudolph, my order was quickly taken and the gentleman taking orders was extremely polite. And even though there were 4 cars ahead of me I only waited 12 minutes for the young man to get through the entire que of cars. I'm extremely impressed with his quick and polite service.

I love going to this location, my food is always fresh & I always receive exactly what I order. The staff is always so welcoming & I really appreciate that. My only concern now is the fish tasting like chicken & this is the second time, I thought maybe the first time I received the wrong order but I just went again yesterday & got home, the fish definitely tastes like chicken now, texture and all. The staff opened my Togo box to verify my fish order and the outside looks just like the fish that I’ve seen for years. I will try one last time and if it hasn’t changed by then, I will not be returning.
