The food here is really good! The servers are always friendly and know how to hold a conversation, not just yes or no answers. The hush puppies are amazing! Come try it out!

Great place! The food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed what they had including chicken strips, catfish, lemon pepper catfish, fresh cut fries and mayonnaise slaw. One of our party so enjoyed her salad ($2.99 extra as replacement for slaw) that she packed almost all her food to go. I was originally served the butt end of the French fry batch, but the waitress promptly offered to bring more when this was pointed out. Negatives?: the price is on the high side, but, in all fairness, everything everywhere is more expensive now and the roasted corn is just plain corn on the cobb.

Catfish house is a great southern fish fry joint with plenty of favorites, from catfish fillets, white beans, fried okra, and a whole list of other typical southern fish offerings.

Okra came out cold. Sent it back. I could tell it was put back in the fryer and reheated. Catfish was over cooked. Fries were hot, but to crunchy. Hushpuppies were cooked right, but need more flavor. Coleslaw was old. Server was good though.

I was so disappointed. No seasoning on most anything, no salt or pepper. Very bland, I've never used the salt shaker so much. The waitress asked us if we wanted our check while we were not even half way through my meal, delivered our check and never came back, maybe the end of her shift but she never communicated that to us. The place has lots of potential if some things were fixed. Honestly we probably won't be back.

Always great food and very courteous and present service. Our waitress was quick to the table and check to see if we needed anything often. The food came to us fast and as always was fantastic. Tonight the crowd was small, probably because of the Easter holiday. Any other night expect a crowd. , but it's worth it.
