It almost killed me

This has been some of the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If I treated people the same way some of these employees treat customers my job would have already fired me. I always try to be very polite to the employees because I know how hard it can be dealing with college students all day, but when you huff and roll you eyes at me just because I get in your line it’s extremely upsetting. The food court is one of the worst areas for customer service on campus. I don’t understand why they are allowed to treat us that way.

I went to Austin Peay for a event and saw subway open. My son and I went in and horrible service! Date and time was 10/28 about 4 PM at the Austin Peay location in clarksville tn. I had to say my order 5 times cause they were having a conversation with someone I guess they knew in the lobby. I had to tell them another 5 times to heat it up. Then go back to the first guy to correct my order this us the worst service I have ever received I finally had to tell at th er guy to correct my order he was too busy talking to his pal in the dining area to acknowledge me. Then burnt my sandwich at the point I was so fed up I said just ring me up. That too was wrong! The coke machine all came out clear. This us the most horrible place I have ever eaten!

APSU hires students who couldn’t care less about doing their job. Subway and the Terrace are possibly the worst dining locations on campus and of course the only ones open on weekends and late night and breaks. Staff is rude. Only saving graces are Chick Fil A and Zona. Wish they were open weekends.
