The price can be a little high on some of the orders, but the food is well prepared. They cook every order fresh, nothing is just sitting there already prepared. The crew is friendly and cheerful . The portions are well sized, to the point of being a little big. They order from high quality food producers, and take the utmost care to provide a very enjoyable service .

I didn't want to give it even one star! There customer service is horrible. They have no facial expressions just looks like they are bored out of there minds. I was talking to another customer while waiting on my food (note: I was waiting on my food for 30 min) the girl who gave me my food looked at me and slide my food across the counter didn't say anything that it was mine or just be like ma'am your food is ready she just slid it. No one apologized to anyone about their wait. The girls in front of me waited for as long as me and then they messed up the order and didn't say sorry just walked to the back and started their order again. No professionalism at all! To many young kids working there with no respect to customers or themselves for that matter! Never again!

I don't ordinarily consider myself to be a cheapskate. But I don't just want to throw my money in the street either. Yesterday, the Chicago Burger and Steak at Governor's Mall had a poster up that was pitching their Double Cheeseburger Combo. But the price came to $9.94 and I wasn't quite hungry enough to pop 10 bux. I understand about mall prices but I could wait until later. I bought a bottle of Coke anyway and the price came to $2.07. Yikes! I felt like I was at a rock concert. I have the receipt. This morning I look at my credit card statement and I see where they hit me for $2.48. I'm not going to quibble over an additional 41 pennies. But it's for certain that I will never set foot in this place again.

Their cheeseburgers are the absolute best I've had! And their fries are absolutely delicious too! Service was also good, cashier and cook were very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend to eat here if you are in the mall!

I tried the bbq burger thinking it was legit bbq. It's really them cooking a burger and putting sweet baby Ray bbq sauce. Also I've never heard of a Chicago style hamburger being a resident of 20 years myself.. im not even sure what this place has to do with Chicago since there aren't Chicago based cuisine such as gyros or Italian beef on the menu..

It was good for the price, considering that it's inside the mall. Didn't know what to expect going in, but I was pleased with the burger and fries that I got. Wasn't overwhelmed, but I'll probably be back in the future.
