Worst experience ever at a chick fil a. Completely disorganized and so frustrating. Nobody even asked to take my payment for almost 15 mins sitting in my car. I will never eat at this chick fil a again.

Wish I knew the managers name. I hit the drive though at 8:55. It’s 8:59 when I tried to make my order. I was the last of 3 vehicles. They took their order but at 9:00 the manager told them to stop. The lady was at my window at 8:59-9:00 and they told me no. I was slightly annoyed and the manager who was a heavy-set middle aged 35+ African American lady, she looked at me and smiled an evil smirk after she told the order taker to stop. I mean come on! Seriously. I understand doing your job, but to do it with an attitude and enjoy seeing my frustration. Context; I just worked 16+ hours of hard manual labor, no lunch. I was hungry and tired. They lost me as a customer.

The service here has gone slowly downhill over the last few years. I ordered a single ice cream cup and it took around 10 minutes to bring out. The food is good. The atmosphere is good but the service is bad. On another occasion, I tried to return sour tasting tea. I was spoken to as if I had just heisted the tea from the Chick-fil-A vault. I hardly hear “my pleasure” or “you’re welcome” after saying “thank you” anymore either. Please start retraining people or correcting their bad attitudes. Don’t turn this franchise into another McDonald’s
