This is the third time I have gotten all the way home to find out my order is incomplete. I don’t know why every time I order chicken tenders they never make it to the bag. Called and of course they want me to drive all the way back up there and said there’s nothing they can do if it’s not in person. .I let it go the last two times but I am done with this location. Apparently I shouldn’t expect chicken tenders from a place that only sells chicken.

I do not visit often, but a breakfast biscuit and coffee was $8

Always on point, EXCELLENT customer service. Fresh hot, Lemon-aid is always good. Chicken soup is good. Fudge brownie is so good.

Chick-fil-A owners, you all should really consider putting your restaurant on Ft Campbell Blvd. It will be a huge benefit for you and your customers, and military. The old Taco Johns building is empty. Please Consider coming to the North side of town. You all have locations at Madison St, Wilma Rudolph Blvd.

Very nice place to go to for a sandwich and drink. The drive thru almost always has a line which I think is due to the restaurant's popularity. The staff are also very nice.

Every time I go to this Chick-fil-a, my food takes a while to be prepared (even with a short line) and they usually forget something small like a sauce. It would be fine if it only happened once or twice, but this continuously happens to me at this location. I have never had this problem at any other Chick-fil-a.

Kid-friendliness: I enjoy taking my son inside of the Chick-fil-a because of how family friendly they are!

It's such a beautiful place. I literally wowed when I walked in. Everything is so neat and well decorated. Love their decor flowers. The food is great too!

We all know Chik-fil-A is amazing! But Morgan! Holy Moly.. this girl blew me away tonight. The way she was able to navigate through walking cars as we were pulling forward, carrying all her gear, carrying on a full conversation explaining -in detail- how her system works and how she was able to find us in two lines of cars to collect our cash, AND accurately count out our change all simultaneously was extremely impressive. Morgan, girl, I hope this review finds you because I didn't have enough time to tell you how much I appreciated your service!

We go there probably monthly and never have an issue. Last time we went, we placed an online order on the app, they messed it up and it took quite awhile. Without asking or complaining, they gave us the right order, plus the food they made on accident, and a gift card for the wait.

Man, we really love chik-fil-a but after messing up my order for like the tenth time I had to post something. There's been a noticeable decline in service, no one is outright mean but when there's a track record of giving me the wrong entree, we started checking our order before leaving. This happened yet again this morning, here's what my wife experienced:

She clearly ordered a specific sandwich and was given the wrong one. It's ok, accidents happen. But what we didn't like is that the girl helping her asked to check the receipt and had a weird expression when she told her "well the receipt says THIS sandwich". What? My wife politely told her "I understand, but that isn't the sandwich I ordered." They replaced it for her, and again weren't outright mean, but this issue with order mix ups has happened a lot for us this year at this location. We have had our fries be under filled and cold, our salads have the wrong protein on them, or our drinks and sandwiches mixed up. We always just call back or check before leaving, but after today it was just too many instances to not leave a review since it's an ongoing issue not being corrected.

I think there needs to be some retraining to fix it, and I'd advise you train employees to always read back the order to the customer ensuring they input it on the tablet correctly. Most importantly, if a customer respectfully asks for the wrong item to be replaced, please don't be condescending and make it as if we are the idiots who don't know what we want to eat. We are always soft spoken and kind when we come in, so we would like to feel respected as customers in return. Come on guys... this is an easy fix.
