Very poor service, it's sad when you spend your hard earn money on a purchase and it's not right. Than you're treated like you committed a crime. Chick-fil-a need to train their young employees how to have good customer service!

I ordered 3 meals from Chick-fil-A-lay through Doordash, the bag was sealed. I received everything except my three orders of fries. I went to the store, spoke with the supervisor, she told me that the responsibility lies on Doordash. I asked how since the order was filled by her staff member and the bag was sealed by her staff member. She responded it was the company policy. I asked for the general managers number, she replied she was out on maternity leave. So I never got my three orders of fries.

I went to the store at approximately 9:00 p.m. to order some grilled chicken nuggets, the mac and cheese as a side, and the diet lemonade is the drink. One of the employees came out and told me that they had already run out of mac and cheese and that they would not have any other side that was of my liking that I could switch to. They instead chose to refund me the amount that was charged to my Chick-fil-A account, which was approximately $5.50. This amount did appear on my credit card two days later. However, I got an email stating that the sriracha sauce had gluten and wheat products mixed in there by accident. I developed a rash on my arms that lasted 2 days. I contacted customer support and notified them of the allergy reaction. They said that corporate could not give me any sort of compensation and that I should wait for the store manager to call. My recommendation is not to go to the Chick-fil-A after 9:00 p.m. since certain sides that take over 30 min to prepare are not prepared in anticipation of closing the store at 10:00 p.m.

Always a great experience. We just had drink orders (i love their strawberry shake- wife enjoys some frosted lemon drink thing:). Very efficient and quick as usual. Very nice employees as well.
