I come to this chick fila every morning ( Wilma Rudolph off exit 4 on i24) for the past 5 months of my pregnancy by far today has been the worst experience ever! The employee had no knowledge of how to solve the issue at hand created by there system and it showed. Very rude, very snappy & when I asked for a manager her refused and stated that he had already spoken to a manager multiple times therefore I had no need to speak to anyone. I insisted on speaking to a manager he asked me to pull off and park in a parking spot with my blinkers on so I did. After a moment the “manager” (Jessica) comes out and she is worst than the first employee! Not listening to my concerns speaking over me and just extremely confrontational & rude her best solution was to give me my money back after I’ve been waiting for over 20min for my order??!! Being a daily customer I must say this has been extremely disappointing and has changed my perspective on chick fil A. If this is the service and professionalism a manager displays I don’t think I want to be a customer anymore.

Not only a good product, but what impresses me more is the well oiled system they have, I showed up near closing time and set by the take out door with a view of the kitchen. 8 young folks cleaning away, pulling things out to clean behind them. All with smiles and looking like they are enjoying what they're doing. What a rare thing now a days. It's great to see.

Order coffee in drive through and agreed to wait for a fresh batch, waited 20+ minutes then had to go in the store to ask for it. Started drinking it while driving home and found part of a fingernail in the coffee. Chic fil a had usually been better than this

I ordered the Market salad and it came with one strawberry, cabbage and a few apples. My Medium Sprite was filled half way. The workers was at the drive thru talking about everything except upcoming orders. I will be making my salad from now on. And since when did cabbage go into a salad? It won’t let me post the picture.
Good food and good service. Grilled chicken nuggets were a little of a miss this time, but we're still good.

Today I ordered with drive through. As I was coming around to the window my friend (the driver) asked for no ice in my drink because that is what I requested when I ordered… NOAH (the blonde caucasian male with the fragile glasses) rolled his eyes.. once we got our drink and sauce from the other worker and began to drive off NOAH scuffed and made a comment towards the both of us.
Noah was not doing any assisting as well. Everything that I witnessed come from the gentleman in the window they handed to the female to hand out as they continued to stand and chat.

Forgot cheese on club sandwich, no almonds on kale crunch salad, and gave me a regular sub joy when I mentioned twice that it had to be diet and unsweetened for type I diabetes. Ruined my blood sugar for the afternoon

Drive thru set up is the worst catastrophe ever built and the city has not helped with the horrible exit.....this is the only Chick-fil-A for the soldiers and is the only reason it stays in business....do better and fix it.
Incapable of getting an order right.
All other fast food places need to learn how to operate from Chick-fil-A!
