Service was great even though the restaurant was busy. That being said my wings were so tasteless I went home and took a covid test to make sure I wasn't losing my sense of taste. Not even making that up, my hot wings were so bland I thought I had covid.

Worst chilis I’ve ever been to. Staff was rude and inattentive. We had multiple staff walk by our table before I finally asked if one could take the dirty plates. I had two drinks by the time my husband even received his beer. The wrong food was brought to our table and overall it was just prepared so sloppy. Chilis is known for their chips and we got a basket of clumps of chips they failed to break up before putting in the fryer, I’m shocked both kitchen staff and a server saw that plate and thought it was appropriate to bring to the table. Lastly, the margarita I had was watered down and actually disgusting. I’ve never had a bad experience at chilis until now, I truly don’t understand. They need better management in this location to get ahold of the discrepancies
And to add, to be paying nearly $80 to dine out, I’m not expecting super high class service and I am definitely expecting bare minimum. Another woman next to us sent her food back because “it didn’t look appetizing.” Save your money, go to Old Glory or somewhere better $80?!?!

Arrived around 8pm Saturday night and was seated quickly. I had the ribs which were tough and dry (I had to use the knife to saw them from the bones) with fries that were not much above room temperature. Wife ordered a rare steak which was served medium well done. Meals were way overpriced for the garbage that was served. I've had better in the chow hall.

20 degrees out and told to wait outside because you are in the way of the hostess..... nope. We will never patronize this restaurant again. On the bright side, Longhorn was very welcoming. They provided excellent service, and the food was delicious.

We don’t normally eat here because of a bad experience years ago. We decided to stop in because we got a gift card for Christmas. To our surprise, the food was great and our server was fabulous. Thank you for being such a wonderful server Rayna! Because of you, we’ll definitely be back.

Carson (i don’t know how to spell her name) was the sweetest waitress i’ve actually ever had in my life. she was very quick to refill our drinks, get us more chips, serve us our food, etc. she was also very funny and we all enjoyed talking to her. VERY hard working person!!
