China Chef - Seafood Boil & Chinese

Very unprofessional they way they speak to customer is not nice . No hello no nothing . I felt I was speaking to a military commander . The way they pack food is not in a bag but in a box . The box you use for shipping!

Just moved to Clarksville from Fort Lauderdale Florida tried this place & I’m highly disappointed. The workers were extremely nice , however the restaurant is a bit cluttered full of supply boxes which looks a bit weird for the front of a restaurant. The food was absolutely disgusting the fried rice was more like yellow rice , lacked soy sauce, lacked flavor , the meat in the chicken fried rice was very rubbery no seasoning at all the meat in the house fried rice was just as worse .The actual chicken wings were very big , the meat looked very bruised , bad quality chicken and the oil that it was fried in may have been old everything ended up going into the trash . Would not recommend if you really want to experience quality authentic Chinese Cuisine .

First of all, I’ve ordered from this place on plenty of occasions through DoorDash. I have never been in the store until tonight and it is absolutely disgusting. The boxes are piled to the ceiling. There is grease buildup all over the place you couldn’t or wouldn’t want to be or sit down in there at all it is disgusting And whenever I say disgusting it is the nastiest place I have ever walked into in my entire life but because I had already ordered online as a pick up order, I paid for my food. I ordered a spicy orange chicken, large size 2 vegetable eggrolls, two chicken egg rolls and vegetable chow mein with no mushrooms because of allergic reactions a couple bites was taken and off to the hospital we go. I contacted the store and told them I paid $40.25 for a very small portion when ask they said it was a child size, but I ordered a large size so that it could be split I ordered. I also repeated my order on multiple occasions during the conversation because the service person that answered the phone kept rushing me is that it is that all! They’re telling me that’s not what I ordered they listen to the recording of the order, which I find very funny because I know what I ordered and I know what I said, and I do not believe that there is no way that they could’ve recorded me without first asking or telling me advising me in some sort of way that the car would be recorded because it’s against the law But they are saying. They’re just following whatever the service person that was rushing me had put down. They refused to me a refund me I didn’t want a remake after me already seen the field that was in there and sitting at the hospital with a child Over there, carelessnessI will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and OSHA and the health departments, and hopefully this store will be shut down regarding the filth that is in that establishment and My lawyer will be contacting them to pay the hospital bill bills! I should have never even let my child or husband take bite Until I went through it But I did not see the mushrooms until I ended up having to rush to the hospital with anaphylactic shock.

The egg rolls tasted like it had dirt in them and was rancid. They told me its normal there. I never had egg rolls before like that.

Food is sooooo good, both pick up and delivery is fast ..

Came here about 6mths ago and was dissatisfied with their food and portions. I thgt I'd give it one more try...I made a mistake. I ordered a S&S chicken dinner combo this time, hoping that a different entrée would get a different result. When I got home and opened everything up, I was again dissatisfied with the chicken & portions. The chicken bites are very small, like toddler size bites, and I'm pretty sure that I ordered S&S chicken with a side of fried rice...not the other way around. The tray was mostly rice, with the popcorn chicken along the side. I understand that restaurants are trying to stretch things out, but u can't increase prices on us as well as make the main entrée portion smaller. Needless to say, I'll be finding another Chinese restaurant, which is a shame cuz I've been coming here for the last 10yrs.

I found a good dish there

Love it here, a combination of excellent service and food a bit small for eating but welcoming.

Just ordered through door dash for the first time and expected good food but received horrible cheap tasting meat.
The only thing I have nice to say is the crab rangoons were good.
Half way eating my sesame chicken combo platter I tasted metal in my chicken (check photos.)
I'm never eating here again.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, the food was incredibly disappointing. The chicken in the chicken fried rice was bland, unseasoned, and had a rubbery texture. The egg drop soup was more oil than actual soup—almost inedible. The orange chicken tasted like it was frozen, reheated, and left soggy. And to top it all off, even the fortune cookie was a letdown. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or revisit.

Bad food

Food was good but restaurant was dirty. Food crumbs and meat and dust on floor in the dining area. Chair where my husband was sitting had grease or sauce on it and left a large stain on his pants.

I was expecting to get Lo Mein noodles but instead I got spaghetti noodles. Flavor was there but the texture was not.

Wanted to change my order, called right back less than 5 minutes and it was already picked up and on the way to me. This can’t be fresh and 12.00 for egg rolls is ridiculous. Never again will I order from here.
