Food has no flavor.This restaurant has been getting worse and worse over the years.This is the last time I buy from this establishment.Bourbon chicken and noodles plate: chicken was mainly just sweet. That is all I taste!! The noodles felt like spaghetti noodles and tasted like it. BLAND! I have never had Lo mein taste so like nothing.Fried rice was the same when it came to flavor.. NONE!I realize this is food from a food court but it should still have some flavor..There is a different Chinese restaurant two spots to the right of this restaurant. Try that one instead. They cook the food fresh and it taste so much better.Before I give a low review I try the establishment several times because I understand that they may be having a bad day, short-staffed, or new employees.If I could give this place a zero I would.I do not recommend this establishment.

Ordered orange chicken and fried rice, I was asked if I wanted an egg roll so I assumed it must be a piece of the meal and they charged for a whole other entree. They did it for both meals, and that felt like a scam. We sat down to eat our overpriced mall Chinese and the egg rolls were over cooked, the rice was stale (tasted reheated), and the breaded chicken was soggy. We ate a couple bites and threw it away in fear of food poisoning. Don’t waste your time and money here, the staff weren’t even friendly.

This place generally has good food. However, they are scamming their ignorant customers by serving spaghetti noodles passing them off as lo mein noodles. They aren't skimping on the price. Believe me, they are charging you as if you're buying lo mein. Spaghetti is very cheap. I just want honesty. They also give 1 free refill when you dine in. The Chinese woman manager ignored me when I tried to obtain my refill.In all, I enjoy my meals here, and do return on occasion. Buyer beware. Don't get the "lo mein" from this establishment.

I like this chinese food place and the workers are always nice but it’s that older lady that’s probably the owner that ruins everything. She’s the rudest to her customers even for just asking simple questions. She’s the only reason i wouldn’t visit this place again if i see her.

You're looking for the best food in Clarksville? I mean, real food? Don't search no more. Just go to China Wok. Absolutely astonishing delicious food. I really enjoyed and will definitely return. The staff is talented, cool, nice and friendly beyond all expectations. I really recommend this place for great food and nice atmosphere!
Food was nasty. Lo Mein noodles were just undercooked spaghetti noodles, fried rice with shrimp was overcooked and bland, general pso chicken tasted like burnt plastic. Will never waste my time or money there again. $30 down the drain for me and my wife's food.

The lady in the green shirt who I assume is the owner was on her phone the whole entire time we ordered from her. She didn’t listen to anything I said or asked for. I asked her for 2 egg rolls and 2 sweet donuts with our meal. Then I said what four drinks we wanted, she was rude about taking our order. Then I realized she didn’t give us our sweet donuts so I went back to the counter to ask for our donuts. She ended up giving me 3 donuts and had me pay separately for them. I asked for more napkins she looked right at me as I asked. Didn’t give me any. It’s RUDE to be on your phone when you have customers. Will NOT return again. Horrible service.

So service and staff are great. But. The food has zero taste and it just tastes old like it was made last week. Absolutely no flavor,not even a splash of soy sauce. Also ordered two egg rolls but only given 1. So disappointed. But that's par for the course at the mall.

On 9/23/22 I got 2 orders $31.25 this morning I noticed a charge of $731.25I goes in the mall to China wok and told them.the cashier was very apologetic because she had no idea how she did that! Anyway the manager gets on the phone with the bank .he refunds me the full 731.25 he also said he'll give me $50 gift card to use for my inconvenience but then he said he wasn't going to give me a gift card because he refunded my money .like because of this I have no money in my account $ 75 of overdraft fees. I gotta wait 7-10 business day to get my money back! Never had a problem before food was always good! I'm never going back unless I use cash
