The Rice is NEVER cooked. It’s always hard, basically right from the grocery shelves. It ruins any food you get here. Beware!

Got home with two burritos bowls and a regular burrito. Rice was not cooked in all three. Looked it up and apparently there's a high chance of food poisoning eating undercooked rice. Also gave me the head of the lettuce and almost no meat on one while normal on the other. Called the number for the location and had a runaround through corporate. Can't even get the local place on the phone. Been going here for a while, but has been a few months and was really surprised at how sloppy they were when making the food. This place has taken a nosedive and apparently now that I'm looking at other reviews it looks like a pervasive issue.

The worsttttt chipotle I’ve ever had. I don’t know why I keep giving this location a chance. It’s clear now that they just can’t cook. The rice was under cooked! My bowl was like eating rice grains fresh of the rice plant. Then they gave me 5 pounds of mfn sour cream!!!!!! If you want to be generous be generous with the rice. On top of that the sour cream tasted spoil. Not only that the amount of cilantro used was just wayyyyyyyyy too much. Bowl full of cilantro. Omg. Just pissed. The worst waste of money!
The workers are constantly rude here and they never have any ingredients but don’t tell you until you stand in line for 30 minutes, The worker also scrapes food from his hands back into the container and fed it to other customers,
I already tried using your guys’s customer service option on your website, And I rated my order on the app. But I spent extra money to get extra meat on a burrito. Which I normally get. And my burrito was so small definitely did not have extra meat. And of course, I was already home by the time I got to eat So I didn’t wanna drive all the way back there. The website was no help. The app gave me no info and I am fuming six dollars for extra meat and didn’t even receive it.

Came here the other day and had a bowl. I ordered my meal and began to eat as soon as I took a bite all I could taste was salt and it was just a sodium overload. All I could taste was salt and the food made me nauseous and the portion sizes were abysmally small and prices are insane.

I mean I know it’s cold outside but if you really don’t want to make the food for a delivery order. Just cancel the order so I’m not wasting my time. Rice was crunchy, peppers and onions weren’t cooked, the food reeked of marijuana, and I asked for double portions of meat and got 5 pieces of chicken. A bag of chips with the most minimal amount of chips you can put in a bag. Honestly, just don’t waste my time or money and cancel the order. Awful, awful experience.

With out all that salt. I was told no he replace the bad chips and I bought guacamole that tasted and looked like pea green baby food.

Restaurantji Recommends
I went today, 17 Feb 25, and had a bad experience. I understand that food service is stressful, but when we walked into the restaurant, tables were dirty, floors riddled with food, special drinks were all out and utensils almost empty. No one was actively trying to clean or replenish anything. It was not busy at the time and there was no leadership engaging workers to take advantage and fix those deficiencies. Customer service was terrible with only 2 people working despite 6 people on shift. 1 guy playing with his hair while having gloves on, one woman making phone calls in between online orders, another guy just standing around doing nothing. This doesn't even include FOOD QUALITY which was POOR! No veggies at all! Pico de Gallo was disgusting! RICE WAS HARD! and the chips were STALE! WHAT IS GOING ON??
In all, stay away and hopefully management can turn things around.

The worst chipotle location. Went in for dinner, the line was out the door with only one girl serving the front of house. Disappointing. I’d drive across the state line to another location before going back here

Headquarters, somebody please come help these folks. I’m not sure if it’s a management issue or a lack of employees, but this place has gone to the gutter. It used to be so nice. I am not one to complain, but I’ve never seen a place so nasty. We almost turned away in the parking lot. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and on the floor inside and every trashcan was overflowing so badly that you had nowhere to empty your own trash. The grill looked like they’ve cooked and charred it so much that I’m not sure the last time it was cleaned. I’m not exaggerating, please help these folks. Hate to see a great restaurant go down the toilet.

Imagine waiting in line just to get to the front and there is scrapping of chicken left, and none will be ready for 20 minutes after telling the guy you’ll wait the boy covers your bowl and sits it to the side. Sir are you crazy. I’m not eating cold rice and beans with hot chicken. Disappointed I walked out. Guess I’ll start going to Moes again🤨
