If I could leave 0 for service I would. They were out of chicken so i decided to wait 45 mins whatever I go to get my bowl and proceed to put 5 pieces of chicken and when I asked if I can have more they were going to charge me. I will be taking my 15 dollars somewhere else. As there is employees just standing around looking into plain air. Will never be returning.

No ma’am. This young lady threw my stuff in a bowl like it was slop. I was so pissed and I really want to go back up there. I just threw it in the trash. Seems like she got upset whenever I asked for more, I mean.. I have the money to pay for MORE. She threw the marker down so hard after she wrote what I had at the top of the bowl. I am not from here, but this really could have went left. I wasn’t rude to her at all, but I really had to bite my tongue. Chipotle, you all may need to look into a new staff for this location. Everybody won’t take this and walk away. How do you come to work upset, when you chose the job love.

Horrible management and rude staff. My order has been wrong here multiple times. Just go to the new one on Ft.Campbell.
The employees can't manage the place, and there's no staff or supervision. The wait for a sandwich or a bag of chips is half an hour. My advice is to put in the effort and put some care and attention into the store. 🤦🏼

I frequent Chipotle. Sometime it's hit or miss. The past few times have definitely been awful. If I order online for pick up it's missing something or they dont let me know they are out of something and make it anyway. Not okay. If you have my number then I should be notified and asked if I'd like to keep order. Then I tried Doordash. Definitely wasn't satisfied with what I received. All of my peppers were burned and made the whole bowl taste disgusting. I'll give it another try before I give up completely.

Pathetic! My bowl was missing some items and the portion was unacceptable. This reminds me there's another day I sat outside to eat and I was very disappointed😞 😔 😞 😔. The outdoor area is a mess, trash all over the floor, dirty tables and chairs too. Terrible place to get food from!

The team that was serving on 10/15/2025 around 9pm,night shift, had very poor customer service, the manager was rude! Anyway this was what I got after ordering food. The food was not fresh, it was terrible! Worst food ever! It is unfair to get bad food & terrible customer service. This is how employees kill a good business.
