Just a heads up for this location. Be vigilant with the servers. We watched one off the servers serve food, and check someone out with the same gloves. She then went on to the next customer with the same gloves, and this went on for the next 3-4 people she served. Just be careful out there.

I asked for cilantro on the side, and the manager told me that they had no more cilantro when they literally had buckets of it directly behind them. Just because it’s inconvenient doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

This may be the worst chipotle location I have ever visited. The Clarksville community page routinely has people citing food poisoning after eating here. The majority of the staff spent the majority of their time talking instead of working; they ignored the line that was to the door; and the meals I watched them prepare were severely undersized.

I ordered a burrito and just wanted the meat and pico de gallo and guacamole. Did not want to have all the fillers. Rather than filling up the burrito with what I desired and making it a full-size burrito they serve me a tiny little burrito and charged me $17 for it. doesn't really matter how big the burrito was to charge $17 for one burrito is extraordinarily wrong. It was the first time I've ever been to Chipotle and I will never return.

I travel all across the nation for my job. This is by far the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They were scheduled to be open for another 2 hours and had zero beans, the meat was so old it was dried out and stuck together, and the employees (especially the one who helped me) were all just apathetic to all of it. The young man helping me just shrugged his shoulders when I pointed out how bad most of the meat looked. So that tells me it's a management issue. I'll definitely be telling every person/traveling tradesman I work with to steer clear of this location. It's atrocious and borderlining a health hazard. I should have been smart, stopped my order, and just left. But, I hadn't had Chipotle in so long so I was craving it. Boy was that a mistake because the chips were stale, and all of the ingedients used on my burrito were old, so it tasted horrible. Never again. They don't have it together at this location at all. 9 times out of 10 it starts at the top. The owner needs to do some soul searching and be prepared to replace management and any staff that doesn't get on board. Otherwise, this location will end up failing in the long run. Nowadays more than ever people are actually sticking together and voting with their dollar. I would definitely suggest voting with your dollar at this location.
Haven't been here, and don't care too. Chipotle is nasty right along with Blue Coast burrito places. Panda Express on the other hand was amazing.

This use to be one of the better food options here in T.N and honestly after attempting to eat there last week my mind has shifted. The place was not very clean, I had to ask the gentleman preparing my food if He could please add just a tad more and even offered to pay extra for what honestly should have been a normal portion. The straw that broke the camels back was that I had added a bag of chips and it came with a strand of hair! Needless to say I didn’t eat the food because while I am game for protein…. I am not down for hair in my food!

Walked in and didn’t even get a hello when I said “how’s it going” Waited for a response or greeting but didn’t get anything so I just started my order.
Once I am checking out the person on the line straight up starts taking about me in front of her manager (I assume) and me !!
Like dang I get talking about customers behind there back (been there done that)but while the customer is still standing there ,wild !!
Don’t plan on going back ,heck even Taco Bell is better and I never have to ask for extra rice

I’ve tried this place 3 times and they have messed up my order every single time. I understand a mistake but it is every time. The last time I went I got to the window and the people were extremely rude and spoke down to me. Like I’ve said , I get working in fast food, I work at a restaurant myself, but I would never treat a customer this way. The food was cold when they “re did it” as well. It’s a no from me 👎
