Had my child's birthday party here. Everyone had fun....

I spent nearly $500 for my daughter's birthday recently and was extremely disappointed in every aspect of the night. We had a large group of ppl at the table right alongside of us...and they just completely invaded our entire space the whole time. From their guests sitting at booths reserved for our guests, to their kids snatching things from our table, to them trying to bully my kids to let their bday kid hav their turn n the tkt blaster since they hadn't purchased that package but the kid really wanted to do it. Then on top of all that...we didn't receive a few different things that was supposed to be included in the package I purchased, yet I didn't realize it til after we were already back at home. And have bn attempting to contact someone for 2 days now to discuss the issues, with absolutely 0 luck. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHUCK E CHEESE TO ANYONE PLANNING A KIDS PARTY.

We paid for a party deposit in store. Then we got email saying party canceled due to lack of payment. Had to call corporate and get it fixed. The day of we show up and go to pay they try to get the deposit again! I explained to the girl who then acted like she knew what I was talking about already. They were very understaffed. The party table had plates, cups, and utensils on it. We had to tell them when we wanted the see the mouse or do the ticket blaster but we had to wait until someone could get to it due to short staff. Kids played and were sad about the lack of tickets they won. Prizes were way above tickets won. They had fun though. The mouse danced with the kids and they had a video play that sand Happy Birthday. They loved it.

I did the birthday party package and i highly recommend it. They do all the decor and have everything set so all you need to bring is the cake (unless you purchase one from there) presents and the guests. The games are good for little ones (1.5 years+) to bigger kids. The food has gotten better over the years. I will be coming back

Amazing experience for the grandkids. Great food

On Oct. 11th we celebrated my son turning 5 at the Clarksville location. I must say it was our first Chuck E Cheese birthday party and it was a great experience. Our party host Mason was extremely attentive, patient and professional. He would always ask if there was anything I need. I truly enjoyed his service and our party was a great success thanks to him.

We love going to Chuck E Cheese! It's a great time to work on gross motor skills and have fun with my child!

It's best place to enjoy once or twice a month but it's more fun if get a year pass. The trampoline is not included in a year pass which is annoying as whenever my child see others jumping on trampoline he demands which seems unfair.

Alot of the games are broken

Great place for a kids birthday. Affordable if you stick with the basics and my 2 year old and almost 9 year old both had a great time. The pizza was hot and good. The salad bar was not worth it. If your looking for a low carb or keto friendly option this is not it. There are no proteins and only a lite italian dressing with no cheese to match. All that to say it did make my life easier having a great party host to help and all the kiddos loved it!

I booked a birthday party (mega Package ) for my grandson! The first thing that was disappointing is that I could not pay in full bill Internet or by phone before hand. Second, all the kids did not get their tokens that was Included for the party. There was 12 kids To the party. Once the party was over, they Charge more than the package actually cost😡

I've never been a personal fan of these places but for kids its a great place to go.
