I love that chicken from church's chicken. And the sweet tea is my kinda tea not watered down, and the honey butter biscuits you can't just eat one. Great staff too.

Came to drive thru at 8:58 they told me they only had 6 pieces of dark and two pieces of white meat and the chicken was already boxed up sitting on counter two employees eating on the line and the warmer was already shut down !! I mean do you close at 9 or 10 ?? This is ridiculous

I love churches but the portion sizes on their family meal sides are absurd. We recently got a family meal that was supposed to come with a large fry.... It came with a medium fry... Now mind you the price for a "large" is 5.00 an I can get a larger fry anywhere in town. The Mac an cheese was a absolute joke I got two teeny tiny portions an this meal was supposed to feed 4-6 people. The ratio on the sides are definitely too small for the amount of chicken I had. Which was a 12 PC an 8 biscuits or something like that. There tea is really good though, an we love the Chicken.

Ordered a 8pc mixed got 2 legs 2 thighs 4 big breast that were soggy and burnt at the same time. I call to let them know what they gave me wasn’t up to par. The lady told me to bring in my receipt to replace my order. I told her no thanks I’ll be receiving a full refund of the cash I paid to you. This is unacceptable $43.21 for you to tell me we’ll remake it no Ma’am.

Please close down. Came here yesterday was given old and hard chicken. I couldn’t even eat it. As I was eating my mashed potatoes there was a piece of plastic in it. The only thing I was given that I can’t complain about was the biscuit. Not to mention they had me in the drive-thru for well over 10 minutes. Once again, PLEASE SHUT DOWN.

I wish that I could give 0 stars. So, I ordered 2 18 pc mixed chicken meals on Doordash. The order gets delivered and there is only 1 18 piece meal. The reason that I ordered through Doordash is because I did not want to take a 40 min round trip. I called that place at least 10 times in 10 mins. I got a busy signal. I assume that the phone was off the hook. I then get in my car to make this unnecessary 40 min trip. I called another 2 times while I was driving, busy signal. I get there, explain what happened to the manager. He apologized, blamed it on the new guy and gave me what I thought was the remainder of my order. That was not the case, I guess that I shouldn't have assumed that A manager would get my order right, that was my fault. I get he and I have 18 pcs of chicken, 3 biscuits (should have been 6) and no fries (there should have been 3 orders). This place will never get another dime of my money. With the cost of the food, Doordash and tip, I spent over $100. Not to mention the 40 mins that I spent driving. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Although this place looks kinda dirty on the outside, it almost makes you think that they're closed. If you don't know it's there....you don't know it's there. The employees are always very friendly and the food is always hot.

Dirty! Floors were sticky. Dead wasp on the floor. Tables a mess and dirty. Then we’re told only the drive thru is open. You’d think they would have a sign that stated that or have the door locked. Will NEVER return.

Love their mash & gravy and sweet tea. My family loves their chicken and Mac & cheese. The last 2x's we went there the had a 30+ min wait and forgot our jalapeño poppers.
I ordered online payed for my food get there 30 min after supposed to be ready the rude ads night manager refused to give me my food system that they close in 10 min and they don't give refunds told her I'm gonn be right there till I get my food or refunds after asking for her boss number she then say she will make my food this. Is poor customer service

There is only 3 cars in front of me and I’ve been in line for 16 minutes and 10 of those minutes I was waiting for them to let me place my order. The woman taking my order was very rude on top of it. Every time I’ve been here it takes them forever even if I’m the only one in line. This is the last time I’m coming here. I don’t recommend if you’re really hungry or in a hurry

They suck, their service is horrible. They need new management because they still have not opened the doors to come inside even though restrictions have been lifted. This is the only place that still has restrictions on coming inside the building. I placed an order an hour ahead before I picked up but they still did not have it ready. This restaurant needs to come under new management because they are not running correctly. Never in my life have I waited 2 hours for some chicken. My recommendation is if you want some fried chicken go to any where else but here. This is the 3rd time I've been here and it's consistently been the same. They take long to make your order even if you order ahead. Not coming back again.
