It's an all you can eat experience. The pizza is plentiful and they will make about any kind you can think of. Good for quick in and out, good if your really hungry. They do have a salad bar included and it's got a fair variety of items. Does get crowded and you get noisy folks and the occasional rowdy kid so make allowances for that. Don't sit near the games and it's not bad.

Undoubtedly the worst quality of food of any CiCi’s I have ever been to. I had a thin crust mushroom pizza that was sloppily prepared. The cinnamon rolls had no icing, the chocolate cake squares did not have a decent chocolatey flavor. The apple cobbler pizza was pretty good. For my wife and I lunch cost $27.00 and was nowhere worth it. I will not make the mistake of going there ever again.

My husband and I took our 3 kids and 1 toddler granddaughter there on Sunday after church. It was the first time we've seen our granddaughter in a year and a half. Everyone was enjoying their selves. Everyone except me became ill. I was the only one that did not eat the marinara sauce. I have sent an email to corporate no one has responded yet to the food poisoning. Yes I seriously expect a refund for five people not me since I did not get sick but everyone else got sick from the food. I don't think we should have to pay for the food that got us sick. Everyone had to go to the doctor and it is a mild case of food poisoning. I just want the refund I'm not asking you to pay for the doctor bill in which your food caused the visit. Please do the right thing. Thank you.

Not bad for a pizza buffet. Even has a few games for kids to play in between plates of food. A good variety of pizza types, desserts and salad bar. Alternative options for those who don't like soda, such as sweet and unsweetened iced tea. We had a good time. Staff was friendly as well.

It was okay I have been to better cicis locations honestly but overall I guess it was fine..nothing bad I dont guess just had a waitress bugging us about our plates during our meal and while we were trying to have a conversation..other than the constant interruption I guess it was fine but good grief.. Also, it is 100% false information when Google says 5.99 it was almost 30 bucks for 2 people. Not worth it if you ask me, too much for what it is , and probably won't visit there again anytime soon.

Cici’s was a nice place to sit and enjoy a lot of pizza. They had a constant rotation so there was hot pizza often. One of the workers put a little spin on calling out the pizza what came out like “aloha, Hawaiian pizza now up.” Great way to mix up the monotony.

So we came in at 430 today on the 17th of October . Went down the line and asked if they could do a meat lovers pizza . We sat 3 rows back from the buffet and we kept checking to see when it would come out and finally 20 mins later I ask where the meat lovers pizza is and a young girl tells me that they called it out and everyone ate it . At this point I was like when did you call ot out cause I didn't hear you .then we go to the dessert bar and there only cinnamon rolls and some brownies up there and nothing else . This establishment has been busy since we walked in and this CiCi crew doesn't know how to keep pies coming out and stocked the buffet . Highly disappointed
