Every week I go to the Cinnabon and ask for a milkshake and every week I am told their milkshake machine is down. This is unacceptable. Why even have it why even have the prices up like you’re gonna sell it when you can’t sell it or maybe your employees are just too lazy to sell it

Ordered a 6 pack of Cinnabons from door dash and all the store sent was 1 single Cinnabon. I called the store multiple times to try and address the issue but no one would answer the phone. Store closed very shortly after so I could not reorder.

Very poor service I went with my son stood there as 2 people standing one sitting at a register ignore my presents I finally ask several minutes later who I order with and the tall man had a pure attitude and i get a what i walk away with nothing along with my son and I don't plan to return to be ignored then spoken to Rudy management needs a new crew who knows how to speak to people one girl who was actually helping a customer was the only one doing her job not to mention the others with ear buds in ears that is also a bad example
