Ordered a 6 pack of Cinnabons from door dash and all the store sent was 1 single Cinnabon. I called the store multiple times to try and address the issue but no one would answer the phone. Store closed very shortly after so I could not reorder.

This Cinnabun location also has a "Carvel" ice cream shop which is operated by the same Cinnabun employees. This place is horrible, ran by nothing but incompetent literal teenagers! I asked for medium caramel sundae and if you look at the picture I have attached you would think that I either A. Let it melt, B. Tipped it over and let the caramel run down the side for dramatic effect, or C. All of the Above. If you chose A, B, or C you would be wrong. This is exactly how the Sunday was handed to me! As you can seen it is still full to the top despite how much caramel spilled over. This sundae was so carelessly and ridiculously messy that I couldn't even eat it, I just threw it away. I did however taste the ice cream before I threw it away and I can honestly say it was very mediocre on top of everything. I don't write reviews very often unless something is either exceptionally outstanding or exceptionally terrible, this was unfortunately the latter. Needless to say I will never return to this place.

Very poor service I went with my son stood there as 2 people standing one sitting at a register ignore my presents I finally ask several minutes later who I order with and the tall man had a pure attitude and i get a what i walk away with nothing along with my son and I don't plan to return to be ignored then spoken to Rudy management needs a new crew who knows how to speak to people one girl who was actually helping a customer was the only one doing her job not to mention the others with ear buds in ears that is also a bad example

I was under the assumption Cinnabon had a better product than this! The Mini’s tasted like dry bread with a sugary icing on top and when did they start warming them back up in the microwave?! Nah, im good…Better off getting the ones out the refrigerated section at the store and bake them at home

Delicious ice-cream ever! The staff is extremely friendly and warm welcome is guaranteed! They're fast and doing great service. I really enjoyed the ice-cream although I am not really into it but I have to admit that they were convincing in the way they presented their products. Highly recommended!

The customer service in this store is horrible. And the manager is very rude. All of the children, yes under 18, are constantly making inappropriate jokes with each other. There is one specific employee, a biracial male, who is constantly saying the N word every time he works. And the MANAGER always has an attitude. There used to be such nice people working there. But as of recently, everyone there is rude and inappropriate and clearly, not managed properly. Hopefully Kim and Tony work to correct the behaviors in this store because WOW, some people just really don’t know how to do their jobs correctly.

I don't know what happened overtime but this store use to be the best place for cinnamon rolls but now it's the best place for the worst customer service. I give it 1/5.
