I had not been to Coldstone in years, but I wanted to get some ice cream on my birthday. So I went with my husband on the way home from a doctor's appointment. I got to have a cone with Mud Pie Mojo! My absolute favorite ice cream. =)Parking: It's in a strip mall. There's a lot of free parking in the strip mall parking lot. There is a nice big curb blocking access to the door if you aren't in the handicap parking spot.

I went into cold stone off of tiny town and stood in front of the ice cream area where they take your order for ten minutes without a single greeting. The teenagers working there were laughing and goofing around (which is fine, but at least acknowledge waiting customers, I'm not exaggerating when I say I waited ten minutes to even be acknowledged. The teens even looked at me without saying a word)

The Barbie Ice cream is really good! 10/10 the sweetness is absolutely perfect and the service was amazing. I also appreciated the patience from the staff and the quality of work they put into their jobs .
Last time going there. There were like 4 or 5 workers and none greeted us, the line got so long because there seems to be no order about who is taking orders or at the register or whatever. When I was about to pay the guy made me a face like it was my fault because they forgot to ask me about the size. I paid and no even a thank you or have a good day, nothing!

Usually have good experiences but I find it disrespectful and rude to have your paying customers wait on the employees while they’re laughing and talking along with friends inside the establishment. Never have I ever seen a work environment like this. Lucas and the two ladies on the line need to be spoken to about this, 100% will not be returning any more.

We all scream for ice cream…well most of us. I only eat ice cream about twice a year but when I do, I go to Cold Stone.?it’s a clean store and has that ice cream parlor- smelling ambience?the young adults that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly?the huge variety of ice cream is tasty, fresh and “rolled” to order?they have what seems to be 50 varieties of ice cream and even more toppings; you can actually add whole oreos to your treat?they “roll” your ice cream and toppings together on a sub zero surface right in front of you?they have a chocolate dipped cookie dough chunk you can top off your treat withAll in all, a frozen-treat-for-the-family oriented franchise that you and yours should take the drive too; even if you only have a sweet tooth twice a year like me. ?

My sister send my son a code to utilize it to get him cupcakes and there was an issue with it but let me say that the staff here ended up accommodating us. They were so sweet and so nice and we will be back again. That is a promise. The ice cream is amazing and I love it. Thank you to Benjamin accommodating us.
