Made a stop here after dinner for dessert. Ice cream wasnāt bad. Staff was welcoming. Finished and went to the restroom before leaving and was completely disgusted. Urine everywhere. Tried the other one and itās just as bad. Clearly the restrooms arenāt cleaned even weekly.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a āGotta Have Itā size ice cream and was clearly given the smaller āLove Itā size insteadādespite paying for the larger one. When I pointed out that he fixed a smaller size and put it in a bigger cup. The person who claimed to be the manager didnāt try to fix what he tried to call a mistake. In fact, he doubled down, got defensive, and told me not to come back after he got caught.
Itās clear he knew what he was doing. This wasnāt just a mistakeāit looked intentional, like heās pocketing the difference or skimming product. Itās wrong on both ends: cheating customers and possibly stealing from the company.
I took a picture because, as they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Iāll be reporting this to corporate. Avoid this location unless you want to be shortchanged and disrespected.

This store used to be such a fun spot! They had really good employees that were super friendly. It's like the management changed or something. Please bring back the charm with friendly staff again.

The customer service is not that great. The staff was friendly I had 2 bogo signatures but they wouldnt not honor them because they said if we change any of the toppings it no longer makes them a signature. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Employee was very polite and cheerful. He was very engaging. He washed his hands between customers. I silently noted it and the lady next to me thanked him for it. He got three peopleās orders correct but it was like six ice creams and three milkshakes. He was working alone. He stayed cheerful. He was conversational with all of us while working quickly and getting the orders done right. The store was clean inside.

Went there and as I walked in and started ordering I didnāt feel welcomed, and I kept receiving weird looks from both the two girls working. They were lazy and didnāt want to do their job properly. I asked if they could make us ice cream cone and they looked right at each other and said they canāt. What? This is an ice cream place. I was tempted to walk out and leave the ice cream I already had there. On top of that, they gave me the wrong ice cream flavor that I wanted. If you are going to hire workers make sure they have the decency to be a good person and do their job correctly. I will not be back because they canāt hire their employees correctly. Now I know why nobody was there.
I give them a 2 star for effort but I asked for a banana split and got some banana in the bottom of a cup of icecream. There is no fudge , Carmel or whipped cream . If they didnāt offer a banana split I would have rather been told no. I will never pay 10 bucks to be disappointed again.

Didn't like the ice cream and it's definitely over priced. Also when I walked inside I didn't feel welcomed at all! It was not a good feeling. I should've just walked out at that point. The young girl at the front wasn't that nice. Was giving me this look I just can't explain but it definitely wasn't pleasant so I won't be going back ever! Baskin Robin ice cream is sooo much better!

āThe ice cream was good, but the container wasnāt filled to the top, which was disappointing. I also had to ask for a bag instead of being given one automatically, which made carrying my order less convenient. A little more attention to portion size and packaging would improve the experience!ā

Skimped on toppings because it was 8pm and the kid wanted to leave. Barely had any help, and the other kid wasnāt doing anything. Coldstone near me has 8 employees working, this was brutal and people were walking out because only one kid could make stuff :/
