I visited this location tonight and I was beyond mortified by what I found in my food the manager seem to be very sarcastic in his approach for an unsympathetic apology I honestly spent $22.00 from my gift card because I bought candy as well he offered to remake my food another day but I respectfully declined because I wanted what I spent for my food only to be refunded and re-made at a different location I would not recommend this location at all with better management and positive leadership with individuals who really cares about their customers with a real authentic apology

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food is good but at times over heated, chewy and not so fresh at the one in Clarksville,Tn. Roast is always excellent.

I came to this restaurant today around 10am with some coworkers i ordered the country boy breakfast and pancakes when the server came out with our orders i guess one of my coworkers which are white males ordered fried chicken she put the chicken in front me saying “i know this is yours” i am a black guy so that initially made me uncomfortable.

A complete joke! I ordered food for me and my wife, well overpriced already, and after waiting almost an hour and half to get our food, they forget half my damn order and what I did get was either raw chicken and the other stuff was burnt and overcooked, my “seasoned rice” wasn’t even cooked, they threw raw rice into my tray, the biscuit and corn bread were the only thing that was edible, my wife’s food was okay her country fried steak was overcooked alittle, wasted 50 dollars here

Our breakfast was good! It came out of the kitchen nice & hot. The waiter was very attentive & polite. Breakfast at Cracker Barrel is the best in my book!
