For what it cost i could have cooked the same thing for less, same amount of time, and would have tasted better. Don’t believe I’ll do this again.
Wonderful place for a great meal

The Thanksgiving Turkey Feast heat and serve was very DISAPPOINTING this year ☹️ bought double turkey feast and then purchased an extra turkey ☹️☹️☹️ I have bought this the last few years and it was the best turkey ever. This year all 3 turkeys were DRY and there was no brown gravy. The way you do the turkeys has obviously changed and not appreciated. Will not be purchasing again.
The worst check out experience ever
We went to the Cracker Barrel in Cadiz Kentucky today. There was a rush we get that l, but then 3 other tables who got there after us was served first. We waited almost an hour for our food. So we left, we paid for the 2 soft drinks we drank. ( which the manger shouldn't have charged us for but she made sure we paid) Our waitress was great the other lady who checked us out was awesome, BUT the manager was horrible she tried to make us feel guilty for leaving. Told the cashier a lie to our faces about why we waited so long. The manger was rude to employees as well as customers. Then she was walking around saying she has had 2 melt downs and had to call friends to help her out of her melts downs!! Why would someone who supposed to be a professional be the only one in Cracker Barrel acting so immature and treating customers and staff so badly. It was embarrassing for everyone and I would think Cracker Barrel would expect more from their management. We walked in at 12:00 noon and walked out at 12:56 pm. Never again.
It is a cute small old fashioned store full of new items and food just name it from Mexico, USA, Pakistan, Turkey and more, that sells clothing and souvenirs. A busy restaurant with outdoor rocking chairs to enjoy your time. The managers are very nice and friendly people, Jan was nice and greeted me immediately and Angie just helped with finding the right food, offered what's on the menu. I got some chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans, diet coca cola. They help people that come from war. I got an extra meal for the next time to take with me.
Service very good! Food was delicious! Very good selection in the old country store!
I placed a to go order over the phone and was told 15 to 20 min. Sent my husband to go pick it up and he waited 1 hour 32 minutes. Brings home cold food and the wrong order! Called and was basically told I am sorry for your experience. Unacceptable service, food quality and response fomrom a Manager. Did I mention 2 different amounts posted to my bank account? Come on cracker barrel... do better!
Ate lunch about 1:15 PM. Excellent chicken fried chicken meal. Wife had 2 piece Trout meal, she said Excellent also. Outstanding waitress, wish I could remember her name to give her a shoutout. Middle aged, blonde, good sense of humor. Appreciated the 10% Military discount that the Clarksville Store offers. Great place! Thanks.

I have always loved the food at Cracker Barrel, and today was no exception. Breakfast was delicious! I always enjoy the biscuits and gravy, hashbrown casserole, sausage, etc, but today I swapped my sausage for a piece of catfish. While it was a bit pricey, the catfish was quite yummy. Wish I could have gotten both. As good as the food is, the atmosphere always seems excessively loud, and the chairs are very uncomfortable, being hard, with a short seat depth. In fact, if I hadn't taken my seat cushion, I would have had to leave without ordering. I will admit to health issues that make the chairs untenable to me, but my husband is uncomfortable with them as well. If you can tolerate the chairs and noise, the food is wonderful, IMHO.

Visited around 7:30 PM on 7/27/2025 for French toast. Despite the restaurant not being busy and plenty of servers, we waited 45 minutes for our order while a table seated 20 minutes after us received their meals first.
Service was disappointing throughout: slow to take our order, no drink refills, and our waitress only acknowledged the delay after 25 minutes, saying they were behind on to-go orders with no timeline for our food. We watched other tables sit with menus unable to even order drinks. Multiple managers were visible in the kitchen doorway talking the entire time to themselves but none checked on the dining room.
The food was thankfully okay when it finally arrived, but the poor service and lack of communication from the server and low priority for dining guests from the kitchen management team made for a frustrating experience. We felt completely disregarded.

I went here for breakfast Sunday morning and the food was kind of room temperature/cold for just opening at 6 o’clock, I would’ve expected a hot fresh breakfast, The only thing hot was the hash brown casserole which was delicious, but it was not worth the $20 that I spent and there’s no refills on orange juice because it’s a premium drink. I probably won’t return.
