Ordered through the app and had my cookies delivered. They were delivered exactly on time as the app estimated, the cookies were still warm! My favorite is definitely the OG chocolate chip and the S’mores cookie came at a close second. The fudge brownie cookie was very moist & rich. I wasn’t a huge fan of the frosting on the cookie dough cookie but other than that, the cookies were great and still fresh for them being delivered 45 min after I ordered them through the app!

Just a bunch of kids working. I ordered a large 4 pack and half was wrong. The girl sat the box down and walked away, thankfully I checked it. As I stood there trying to get someone’s attention, employees would look at me and keep on doing whatever, and then finally someone acknowledged me. Despite telling them what I ordered she told me I needed to her my receipt. Thankfully, I had one messaged to my phone.

Bad experience never , I put a order in the app at 2:30 pm for pick up 8 pm for a birthday party when I arrive told me 2 of the cookies is sold out, I don’t know what happened because supposedly make priority to the order in the app

I've been a chef for a long time, and I wanted to love this place. My boss ended up ordering cookies from crumble for a job well done earlier in the day. And the caramel apple was so good that I decided to order some on my way home and pick them up. I put my order in just before 4:00 p.m. for 6:20 pick up. I arrived at the store at 6:55 and didn't walk out with my order until 7:30. What's the sense of pre-ordering if the order is not going to be ready when you get there? The entire team was high school kids, that were tired from school all day and obviously didn't want to be there. The oldest person in the job might have been 17. so you could tell that they were not on the first shift that made the cookies that we had at work.what I got was whole chunks of apple that looked like no care was taken when preparing the cookies, they were throw together haphazardly, and when the young woman behind the counter gave them to me she slammed the box down on the counter and slid them over to me which caused the cookies to kind of overlap each other in the box. I didn't make a big deal at all, but I should have taken a look in the box B4 I walked away . 15$ plus a 2$ tip for 6 cookies is outrageous, but again the 1st cookie I had earlier in the day was so amazing that I didn't care what the cost was. I was very disappointed with the 2nd set of cookies. The store wasn't clean at all, there was stuff all over the floor, and the attitude that young girl gave me, would have made the toughest person in the world flinch. I gave the food a 4 b/c again the 1st cookie I had was amazing! Service, atmosphere, and everything else needs some serious work. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be going back there, unless something changes on the night shift, or the owners/team at crumble try to make things right by me.
